@HealingSystem Then just look up examples of narcissist, sociopath , misanthrope, victim complex, incel, black pill .
@pmvines you have a thorough grasp of the situation.
Oh and attention seeking behaviors
@pmvines you just made me use a dictionary ... How dare you!! 😜 ...
I'm sure there's a meme for that
maybe there is ... I'm not finding anything post worthy though
... from what I could find there weren't that many good gifs to choose from either ... the best I found was: ... but I don't know if it hits the right spot either (?)

No, you don't say things like, "Maybe," or "We'll see," or "I don't know what my schedule will be the next several weeks," when in reality you mean, "I'm not interested." Indirect communication such as that is actually very manipulative, and people don't seem to realize that.
And no, there is nothing cruel about directly expressing lack of interest. Yes, it will hurt a little, but that is inevitable. Expressing lack of interest INDIRECTLY is far MORE cruel, NOT kinder. Being "nice" is oftentimes the exact opposite of being kind.
@MountainCuddles Why not simply say before the cuddle starts, "I am not interested in being a repeat client"? Or put that prominently in his profile? How is doing the cuddle and letting the pro think you are having a good enough time to might want to repeat, when you never had any intention of doing so, not misleading and cruel?
@WriterGF Because it is up to the pro to ask these thing. Not the client. Just because I'm having a good time doesn't mean I'm a repeat.
If you are likely to have your feelings hurt then just ask.
You don't set boundaries for other people. You set them for yourself.
@Ripley54566 I may have misread, but my impression was you have no interest in being a repeat with a pro. So why make them ask unless you just want the opportunity to reject them? Especially when you concede you have hurt people's feelings in the past? Or is it all their fault if their feelings get hurt and you bear no responsibility at all?
What you wrote implies that there is something wrong with seeing a professional cuddler once without intending on being a repeat client. Honestly, says who? No, it's not the client's responsibility to communicate that in advance.
A family member's passing is definitely a valid reason to postpone or cancel a session, but absolutely NOT a valid reason to hold onto someone's money for a service that you failed to provide.
@WriterGF "Just because someone looks like they want something doesn't mean they want it." Is kind of an important mindset to have for consent my dude.
@pmvines Your observations are astute and on point as usual. Though I forget, are a lack of self-awareness and a need to always be right part of narcissism, or is that something else?
Also, gotta love this little bit of attention seeking from someone who claims to not care what other people think.

Come on people, stop being dramatic. Stop pretending like the OP is going around traumatizing professional cuddlers. None of his actions that he described even remotely traumatized any pro. He did nothing worse than being blunt. You want to say he was a little rude? Ok, sure, whatever. But at worst, his actions would only have caused a minor and fleeting annoyance.
Now, while we're condemning bluntness, which, contrary to popular belief, is oftentimes the least harmful approach, we're legitimizing behaviors that actually can cause serious harm, such as ghosting and giving mixed signals. We live in a society that promotes people-pleasing behavior, also known as "niceness." And the push towards "niceness" and people pleasing is the reason why ghosting and giving mixed signals are now the norm.
@MountainCuddles When did you talk to the pros that he used?
This feels like the right time for this:
I don’t know why people continue to give these dudes any sort of band width. Leave them to their fiefdoms and move on. More than anything else they are provocateurs enjoying themselves on this thread as they continue to poke and prod at those they will get a reaction from.
Most of us know what they are.
At the end of the day, all he did was fail to conform to society's standards on what is deemed, "politeness." Oh, the horror. But politeness is overrated and does not equate to kindness.
I find myself in the awkward position of agreeing with TheFunCartel.
And why is that awkward?
Ah, come on my friend. First, it was said in fun. Second, I just know that we have had our share of disagreements here in the forums.
@TheFunCartel It is kind of fun seeing how they dodge or twist anything that doesn't support their views (which is almost everything). And if they just enjoy the attention, so be it.

Panties......I mean I think it's time to close this thread. seriously.
By the way @TheFunCartel your latest comment could also be easily applied to someone else we know.
LOCK IT SHUT IT DOWN DO NOT FEED THE ------- BUH BYE THREAD PLEASE MODS
Just because you don’t agree? Isn’t the name-calling also considered unkind (and childish)? Really, the behavior - imo - of some commenters here is just counterproductive. If someone has a different way of thinking than you do, fine just move on. It’s not up to you to change someone. I don’t get all this anger.
@g_w_t_w I don't think my reasoning and @Auroradream's are exactly the same. I just think it's going nowhere and all we can expect is more of the same and with a slow but certain acceleration. I totally see where you're coming from.
Anyways I'm going to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, and I wonder what will be more enjoyable: The dinner itself or the fact that I won't have to pay for it. @starrynitecuds I won't touch your rolls I promise.
I was considering editing my prior post but I don't wanna be accused of removing panties
@CharlieBear sorry, I'm just trying to derail the thread to the benefit of all.
@Sooson On my way! (Yours is a loaded statement, but I'll hold you to it.)
@Sooson They are in Chicago?? I take that restaurant for granted because there’s one less than a mile from my apartment but haven’t gone there in years. Enjoy! I’m way more excited about Steak & Ale’s return!
