How do you feel after/during a cuddle session?

How do you feel after a cuddle session? I know I feel a fullfillment that I have made some ones day, and given them some much-needed comfort. I want to hear from both sides of the cuddle. If you were the one asked to be a cuddler, how do you feel when you first meet at your session with your new friend; how do you feel when you leave? If you were the person asking for a cuddle session, what makes you feel comfortable during a session? What makes you feel uncomfortable or what don’t you like? I love to hear everyone’s thoughts.

    Ilovecuddles - Cuddler "asker" .. a smile and a hug finds me feeling comfortable. Uncomfortable - I understand this is most times a job or work like event for lots of "calling for a cuddler". It's relaxation .. down time for me. That said - what finds me uncomfortable boils down to negativity. Both parties should "park" certain things unless prearranged until a session is over.     Well, having just finished a session, it's fresh in my mind so I'd like to share. I feel a "cuddle buzz"--warm, effervescent, calm yet energized, fulfilled, and satisfied.

    For me, I also have less muscle pain (I have chronic pain, so this is a very welcome side effect!).

    The cuddle buzz happens for me after a session where boundaries are respected and my partner is open and receptive to the energy I have to share with them. I know it may sound silly to some, but I feel able to connect to a source of infinite love, and bring that feeling into my body. Hopefully my partner feels a fraction of the serenity it gives me.

    Cuddlebuzz! @warmlyhelena that’s my new favorite slang. Loved your write up of it also. After a recent cuddle I even drove home in the slow lane… it was Atlanta and wasn’t quite ready for the madness of the world just yet.

    I'm an enthusiast, so I don't have "sessions," so for me, it's like hanging out with any good friend after hours or a weekend together.
    Getting back to reality physically happens much more quickly than mentally. For probably the next day or two, I replay the memories often to keep the momentum going. Texts are exchanged, it's so much better when the experience is 100/100.
    My (cuddle) friends and I usually hang out for at least 4-5 hours (maybe take a long walk holding hands) AND have lunch (or dinner) AND snuggle under a blanket while watching a movie or show. There are many discussions, random comments and laughs that add to the cuddling. Typically, I lose my filter, which can have silly results and great long-term "inside" jokes.
    Those extras add to the intimacy and typically keeps the cuddle effects lasting even longer.

    Up to date, I have only done a few virtuals; I have not yet done an in-person cuddle. And I know that for some (many?) it isn't the same thing. And I haven't fully processed this. And I know this isn't 100% what the OP is asking for. However, even though the physical touch was not present in any of these, something of mine was touched (on a level I can't fully describe ... or even somewhat describe). But I can tell you already there is a difference in me (relieved? calmed? I don't really know).

    If the person is a vibe it feels like cuddling with a good friend especially if the person is well rounded and has plenty of conversation

    One of the individuals that I've cuddled with (he was senior citizen aged) said " I feel like a new man!" I got a kick out of that comment!!
