@lovingspoonfull thanks for good suggestions - I’m a tea drinker lately from afternoon on & enjoy trying different ones for taste and benefits.
But in the morning, I’m enjoying the various coffee roasters I’ve been trying at cafes here, one good cup of espresso and the caffeine also helps my mood and clarity.

@g_w_t_w ~ I've heard of spearmint or peppermint being mood lifters, but never menthol. I wonder if that's why they put that into cigarettes? I'm glad you found something that works for you, though, especially for so small an investment!!

@lovingspoonfull ~ You beat me to it!!! lolol Eucalyptus (or as I've heard it called, "Eucalyptip"!!! lolol) is awesome!! Never tried rosemary, though... I'd prefer to EAT that!! hahahaha!!
And I understand you actually cook?? :) And invite friends over to eat your creations? :) That's a WUNNERFOL combination!!! lolol

@Homesteader ive received deadly serious offers of matrimony over my food. Sadly I’ve had to decline since I need to be wanted for my mind, rather than my skills in the kitchen. 😇🤷‍♂️

🤣 yes but not as often nowadays. Working like a dog right now. Love to cook, eat, and feed. Food can be love too.

I can't blame them for making that offer, @lovingspoonfull-- but I do agree with your holding out for being wanted for your mind!! lol
And, especially at this time of year, food really CAN be a way to show love! :)

I want all of you folks to know that right along with all of your suggestions and guidance, this thread is doing a lot to help with this impending SAD!!! Thank you all!! :)
