Terrified!!! PSA on drugs used to "cut" heroine supply in U.S.: XYLAZINE (Tranq) and MEDETOMIDINE!

Since I can barely be convinced to take an OTC ASPIRIN, I was TERRIFIED upon finding out about these new drugs being used as, basically, "filler" for heroine and fentanyl!!! With sadness, hopelessness, homelessness, unemployment, and chronic health disruptions at an all-time high, some people--including those who were prescribed various pain medications--- end up on the losing end of these substances..

PLEASE... If you know of anyone who is currently using, WARN THEM that these drugs are being used to "cut" the supply!!!! These drugs were not meant to be used with humans, and cause ulcerative wounds THAT RESULT IN AMPUTATIONS...

This site reaches multiple THOUSANDS of people, from all over, and putting this information out could potentially save lives. Hopefully, they'll hear your words and decide a high just might not be worth AN ARM OR A LEG, OR BOTH. :(

I'm soooo sick after seeing this. Please warn ANYONE you know who is currently using... Please..

    Do you mean used by dealers as a filler? Or are you saying to be used by professionals to help get off the other stuff?

    @ReltvlyCanshes ~ Thank you for asking-- I wasn't sufficiently clear. I mean that these drugs are being used by the dealers as a way to make their supply stretch further. Narcan and the other one CAN'T TOUCH THESE, so they're causing an exponential increase in the number of overdose deaths... Scary as hell, but this needs to be addressed, and people need to be warned...

    Both of these drugs are large animal tranquilizers. They aren't supposed to be used on us humans!!! The professionals wouldn't use them, and that's why I wanted to post it here.

    Good to know, i don't really know many people that use drugs like these but it doesn't surprise me. Street drugs are often full of terrible things. I think the big thing is please just try and get off of these things. Who knows what poison is being used when being sold by people who could care less about your health and well being. There also is very little you can do to ensure where these drugs are coming from.

    It also applies to marijuana. I happen to live in a state recreational marijuana is sold all over the place, yet people still buy it from round the corner at there guys place. I have been privy to what was done to weed back when nickel bag cost a $5 and some people sprayed it with pinesol just to make it smell better...... so who knows what these guys are doing now.

    I don't know many people who use drugs, either, but if people are made aware of this, those who DO know people who use will be armed to warn them! It's soooo awful!! The people walk around with their arms hanging forward, huge, open wounds (with flies and gnats).. and some inject directly INTO the amputated places!!! :(

    You're so painfully right in saying that the ultimate solution is that people get off of these drugs--- the dealers don't care AT ALL about the users' health, for sure! But substance abuse can be horrifically stubborn (due to the ancient, buried pain the users are trying to numb), but this warning could still reach SOMEONE. And it might matter to that ONE..

    Hey, @g_w_t_w ! Thanks for the corroboration. Like @ReltvlyCanshes posted earlier, I don't have people in my life who have dependency issues, so I'm obviously painfully LATE to the issue... But the Medetomidine seems to have hit recently--- which is, perhaps, why it hit my radar..

    Either way, I don't think the warning can be sent out often enough---especially when you see the effects these drugs have on human tissue!!! STILL sick from seeing it!!!

    It’s sickening and it does hit home for me because of someone I’m very close to who was an addict at one time and thank god it’s behind them. But the fear I have will never go away.

    @g_w_t_w ~ I'm glad your loved on chose Life. It all really does come down to that, doesn't it? Remember, though, that fear is a form of faith-- Job warned us, "the thing I feared has come upon me." I hope that, someday, you're able to release that fear and replace it with peace..

    @Sooson ~ Without having researched it, I can almost imajen what the guy in El Salvador did in order to be rid of this scourge. Desperate times often call for desperate measures, but those can sometimes also bring unintended controls. Of course now I have to go look up exactly what he did!! lol

    @Mike102 ~ Sadly, I don't have a solution. Since each person's choices and beliefs are involved, I can't tell people to honor their own lives. The pictures were so bothersome that I had to SAY SOMETHING here, where many, many people congregate. I have my own thoughts on both the macro- AND mezzo- levels of what could be done, but I'll keep those to myself. In the end, it's up to each Soul to decide. I understand that.

    @Sooson ~ Naw, dawg... I'ma keep those to myself! lolol!!! :) And I went a did a brief study of the El Salvadoran situation... Like I said, drastic times call for drastic, immersive, huge measures... Yep... No further comment. The parents didn't give a f about their kids being around such things, but now everyone's supposed to??? I feel for the children, but the drug-dealing parents didn't care to keep them from this environment...

    Even though there are unintended consequences to such drastic measures, I thank you for mentioning this. It gave me something to speak to my High Self about. I'm kind of tired of the way things have gone under this present regime. I'd like to see some drastic measures taken to clear out the nonsense happening in our current society...

    We won't get off topic with veterans being homeless while "others" are put into hotels, Common Core curriculums being shoved down children's throats, children going hungry, or the FDA approving things that are POISONOUS for human consumption... Yeah, let's ignore those things. Like always.. So long as the "elites" get their returns on investment... Let me shut up.

    People use drugs to numb the pain of living in a society that has gone mad. Fixing the drug problem would have to start with fixing the society---and no one seems to be interested in that.....
