Has there been an increase in drama on this site ? I've been more active in discussions for the past couple of weeks and it seems like every thread devolves into fighting. Is this a recent change or has the discussions always been like this? Also, who is usually causing the drama , please let me know so I can avoid them.

    People like drama. The drama threads get more attention than other cool threads like the really cool hobby thread where you can see the awesome stuff people here make.

    @Mike102 i believe it's always been like this, at least for a few years. I'm not really sure why. I get the feeling everyone wants to be right, everyone wants to have the same cheese hole, men are bad, women are loose and cuddles cost too much. You can pick from a handful of full of subjects people want to fight about and it always goes there. Go figure same thing daily.

    Just a couple of long threads that are kinda heavy on the drama but honestly the forum itself hasn't been that bad

    @ReltvlyCanshes I agree. It is the internet after all.

    I will say that overall over time the forum has had it's bright spots. I love the community gatherings, the cooking, learning, hobby, nature and picture type threads that are wholesome and inclusive.

    In my experience, threads complaining about drama usually just attract more drama. best to just ignore and move on if it bothers you 😊

    You don't need a list there's about 25 names in a community of regular posters , 5 or 6 are regular skirmishers and then Watch for whoever showed up today.

    Are these popcorn (above) also buttered or different flavours/ taste? They tend to look yellowish no matter the picture.

    They're all yellow-flavored.

    I tried the blue-flavored once. It made me sad.

    Sometimes it isn't necessarily drama but rather an extreme sensitivity to anything that's not completely agreeable on the part of those who believe there is drama

    I'm not sure how u r defining drama... for me, it's jibs, name calling, etc.
    I do read drama every so often. But overall, I do remember the forums having more drama years ago. In comparison, I think the drama is less.

    The mods are pretty active and proactive so whoever is causing it, will get banned if neccesary.

    @Mike102 The second any name gets cited, that person will show up to defend themselves. Inevitable result will be this thread getting locked.

    I suspect that the people getting offended by this thread are the ones that start the drama and feel called out.

    I didnt mean public state who are the trouble makers, but please pm me who I should block so I dont see them in the threads. I have a hard time knowing who is a troll and who is here for an honest discussion

    Also, you cannot block anyone in the Threads. Blocking only works for DMs and profile views.

    Dude I'm not offended by stuff here I love this place. I've been trolled here, and I have trolled others myself. some trolling is friendly or at least harmless. it's not a big deal. I enjoy the commentary here. and yes some seek drama and the best way to handle is to ignore.

    @Mike102 What he said. You can figure out on your own who annoys you (who I think are troublemakers and who someone else thinks are would likely be completely different). You always have the option of scrolling past their posts without reading.
