Might I suggest going over it while talking to them during a "getting to know you" online either through chat or video and keeping a recording, then letting them know that when you arrive they just need to sign the paper and everything is good? Is this a good enough compromise for people. I can understand that for some they don't want to hear rules or have to sign anything, but I would be more concerned about a young lady getting assaulted.
