Do you think cuddling is more about comfort or connection? Like, is it the warmth and relaxation, or is it the emotional bond that makes it so great for you?
Can't cuddling be about all of those things simultaneously?
Comfort. I don't need to connect if it's platonic. Even with my friends it's just about comfort.

Different people, different cuddling, different needs. Sometimes one facet is more important than others, sometimes all are needed. Sorry not more helpful, but it's like asking what's my favorite kind of ice cream. Depends on my mood.
Yes
It's definitely about comfort for me. I'm going to enjoy the presence of a whole 'nother person, no matter what, but I cuddle for the comfort. For sure!
@SquishyJackie I agree with this!ππ
For me, if I am not comfortable with someone after getting acquainted with them (and they getting acquainted with me) then I likely won't want to cuddle with them.π
Yeah, I agree that comfort is more important (to Me) without needing to connect on an emotional or physical level with someone.π
Now, if by chance a genuine friendship is to blossom from cuddling then AWESOME to that!π
But befriending me isn't a requirement in order to cuddle with Me.ππ«
@Katota I'd cuddle you for the popcorn memes.
I donβt have time to list them now, but youβre probably leaving off about 10.
I'd cuddle you for the popcorn memes.

Comfort! The site is cuddleCOMFORT for a reason. When you involve "connection", it opens the door to dependency and that's become a scary situation for me more than once!
Totally depends on who I'm cuddling with.
A friend or more than friend its more about expressing the connection.
Someone from here, comfort (although it's nice if you have a bit of a connection too.).
