Even as a Straight man, I can see that you have a decent look to you. But there are a few things that I think would greatly improve your profile in my opinion and so your chances (remember: your chances aren't static, they depend on many things, and Btw, I'm not an expert, but here you are):
First of all, Add more pictures, personally I skip almost all women with only one picture, must be 10X more true for women.
Second, (not a judgement, just an observation) I would iron my shirts that I take my Pics in, makes you quite a bit more presentable.
Third, give some info in your bio about yourself.
