Nope, it's called personal preference, as long as you're not making it creepy. Good luck!

@starrynitecuds Very true, I secretly prefer to cuddle with werewolves myself...🤫🐺

And I would try (notice that I did say TRY 😜) my damnedest to not make it creepy if ever werewolves should contact Me to cuddle.😁🫂

@starrynitecuds Lol! Well, it's not that much of a secret...Or never was a secret! 😄

    Still I agree! 👍

Are some clients shallow? Sure. Are you shallow in how you pick cuddlers? I couldn’t say.

I once had a client who completely threw me off during a vetting video call. In the middle of our conversation, he demanded that I stand up and do a twirl so he could see my figure. His tone was demeaning, as if he expected me to perform for him like a cam girl or a trained penguin. It was incredibly disrespectful, so I ended the call immediately and never spoke to that sexist jerk again. It was clear he wasn’t primarily interested in the platonic, touch-based connection I offer through cuddling, he wanted a pretty body to hang on to. No thanks.

Shallow is as shallow does. It’s all about how you ask. There’s an art to making requests respectfully, and some people just don’t get that. If he had approached it differently—less demanding, more thoughtful—perhaps I would have indulged. Ultimately, it depends on the client. I actively avoid those who come to cuddle therapy seeking the “hot girlfriend experience,” because I’m terrible at faking romantic affection and I really shouldn’t be asked to do so on a platonic site.

  • I block people who will not send over pictures but request a cuddle session. That’s not shallow though, that’s more of a safety mechanism

If you have no photo and no ID info, you are sort of giving the client license to try anything he wants to, since you'll have no info to give the police. How do you think the cops will react to, "Yes, I took money to get into bed with this guy. No, I don't know his name or have a photo of him."

Very well said, I feel the same.

  • I think taking personal preference into account in regards to looks is totally fine! I only have an issue when someone, in attempting to compliment me, starts contrasting physical attributes I have with ones they DON'T find appealing in other cuddlers - makes me feel kind of icky 🤧

Not everyone has to be your type of cuddler, but that shouldn't give you license to denigrate those that aren't! We're all different so obviously we are all looking for different things in cuddlers and that's ok :)

  • Or when they constantly bring up my age and fixate on the age difference between us. It’s a bit uncomfortable because I try not to focus on age, but for some, that seems to be all they see when interacting with me. A "you're so young" comment is awkward enough on its own, but pair it with asking my age every hour on the hour of the cuddle? That’s a bit much. I know they mean it as a compliment, but the delivery doesn’t feel so hot.

  • @brownglucose yep, that's icky. How do you handle it? Humor, sarcasm or both?
"Oh my goodness, you're mentioning that AGAIN? You remind me so much of my older neighbor with memory issues, he does the same thing! His family is looking at facilities to put him in now. Gee, come to think about it, I think he like 5 years older than you..."
