    My Birthday is so close to Christmas that no-one has ever made a big fuss about it. I can't think of anything really memorable that happened on any of my Birthdays. I've never had a Birthday party. Mostly now I go out to dinner with my two daughters. One special thing is I always take a vacation day on my Birthday. I have never worked on my Birthday as far back as I can remember.

    Right after midnight Dec 23 I went into labor with my first child, my water was broke at 10 am and at 7:34 pm I gave birth to a beautiful 5 lb 11 oz baby girl, she was born on my 25th Birthday and it makes it more special sharing it with her. We both love having it close to Christmas. She dreads the day she will celebrate it without me.
