Share recipes of foods you really enjoy, something I made this afternoon, a garlic bread grilled cheese sandwich with roast beef and green peppers!
My recipe for bell peppers and beef, inspired by Cowboy Bebop
1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper 1 green pepper 1 onion minced garlic sesame seeds soy sauce
Cut onion into haves, then into strips. Cut bell peppers into strips.
Sautee garlic and onions in olive oil. Once onions are softened, add bell peppers and sesame seeds as desired. Stir frequently. When peppers are hot but still firm, add a splash of soy sauce. Cook for another minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy.
Embellish with other sauces or ingredients as desired.
Chicken and onion omelette
Get in car. Start car. Drive approximately 1.2 miles to the nearest Waffle House. Place order for chicken and onion omelette.

I love making this recipe in the summer and serving it with a size of yogurt sauce that is flavored with mint, garlic and lemon.

Dill pickle Sloppy Joe Grilled Cheese Sandwich
cook 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 pound lean ground beef 1 small sweet onion (diced)
mix into cooked beef 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup ketchup 2 teaspoons yellow mustard 2 teaspoons brown sugar heaping 1/2 cup diced dill pickle
butter 8 slices Texas Toast bread ((or any thick/sturdy bread of your choice)) 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
make grilled cheese with cheese, mixture and more cheese
