What would have had to happen for someone's account to be labeled "Deactivated"? I ask because we were planning to meet but hadn't locked in the details yet, and now it says deactivated, and I do not know how to reach her.
You deactivate your account by choice, means you're taking a break from the site
Oh, ok. Good to know. So weird because we were both very interested in meeting up when I am in town next week and were in the middle of making a firm plan. Hmmm... Oh well, I guess if she wants to, she will re-activate or whatever. I was really looking forward to it.
She may activate in time to solidify plans. Or perhaps she's had a family emergency; people deactivate frequently for various personal reasons. Some deactivate for a couple days, some for many months...I know one who deactivated over two years ago.
It just keeps your account, while stopping people from viewing your profile and filling up your PM inbox.
