Married men seeking cuddles, concealing identity

My big question here is, how does a professional go about the morality with being asked to cuddle over night with a married man. Openly speaking up front doesnt have the marital emotional connection, and is seeking me….
With so many karma, how does one interpret this message and how does one go about addressing this?

  • Ultimately if you're not comfortable doing it then don't do it. You have zero obligation to entertain something that crosses a boundary for you. I won't give my thoughts about the situation because I can't relate to it. I'm sure there will be others who can and will offer their input. Good luck with whatever you do. My opinion is that if you need convincing to do something you aren't comfortable doing, then you don't need to do it.

  • Just think of how his wife would feel if she doesn’t know he’s doing this and hasn’t agreed to it. Probably devastated. As a woman, you can probably relate.
Or maybe the wife is just glad for the break, who knows?

  • Just the same way a massage therapist is ok doing body work on a married man whose wife might not know. The relationship is between the two of them. Their boundaries Their rules his choices … they have nothing to do with you. You are simply providing a platonic cuddling service.

  • As @pmvines said, only you can decide if you're comfortable with this. And while @sage91436 is right -- this is a purely platonic service -- I think @g_w_t_w is also right. I believe (without any data to back this up) that most spouses would not be okay with their spouse cuddling another person (of the gender they happen to be attracted to), especially on an overnight.

Now, one way to look at this is: OP, you didn't make any vows to this man's wife. You're not breaking any promises, because you didn't make any. He (probably) is, especially since you mention he's concealing his identity. But in my opinion, you're not doing anything unethical or immoral here. Clients that are married could also simply tell you that they're not, and you'd never know.

I will say that there are issues of personal safety and avoiding complications here as well, though. Maybe you don't want to get involved in case the wife would find out and try to come after you, either physically or in other ways. BUT -- eliminating all married men from your customer pool might reduce your bookings!

So I'm actually all over the map here, and no help at all. :D

Personally, I looked at CC before I was separated and then divorced, though I didn't meet with any cuddlers until post-separation when I was no longer living with my wife. I was honest with the few I chatted with, honest about the fact that my marriage had been affectionless for several years. I did not meet with anyone before we separated, mainly due to logistical issues (where would we have met?) and concerns about getting caught before I told my wife I wanted a divorce. But I did consider it, because I was desperate to feel some comfort and affection in my life.

  • I wouldn't do an overnight unless you are absolutely sure about it. Clients can become unhappy if they detect your energy is hesitant, given they're paying for so many hours. It's not worth it.

  • I’ve never done an overnight but I wouldn’t recommend it without several non-overnights first. This all takes trust but that would take more.

  • I don't think him being married matters, a lot of people on this platform are married or in committed relationships. My only advice would be to not do the overnight if YOU are uncomfortable in this situation.
You should also be asking yourself, do you trust this person overnight? Have you had multiple sessions with this person before where you know exactly what to expect? Or is this a brand new client already jumping to an overnight? That would be a red flag in my book honestly.
Personally I'd only offer overnights to someone I have a long standing relationship with that I trust completely. I've been on the site for 6 months now, still haven't agreed to any overnight sessions. And late night sessions are also a big no to me unless I've met them before. Just be careful out there cuddling! Don't do sessions you're uncomfortable with, others will come along.

  • @g_w_t_w I have a married client that saw me specifically because he loved his wife but the relationship was dead and had been for years. Humans neglect each other without realizing it. It doesn't mean we want to get rid of them and it doesn't mean they want to cheat. They do however NEED touch. I found it actually really sweet that even though his wife might be devastated if she found out... He wasn't going around cheating on her. He was seeing a legal qualified professional on the up and up. Just a different way of looking at it I suppose. I feel like it could have many applications.
