Member banning on the rise

  • @CuddleDuncan I could be considered dodgy I guess. My profile is new. I have no friends or karma. I have a single photo, using a selfie and I’m in my twenties. I may put another photo up but to do a carousel of photos, like it’s Instagram I feel is a bit much. Regardless of the photos I put up, assumptions will be made and I’m going to be approached by those with non-platonic intentions. I live in Atlanta, it’s almost a guarantee. I’ve gotten the notion, for this site, that bio is what matters the most and that’s where I placed the most emphasis.

  • Fake users are also on the rise, so naturally they get banned and

    Member banning on the rise

  • @SnuggleSky I just had a look at your profile and it scores a big fat zero on my personal dodgyness scale. As wholesome as a puppy playing with a kitten.

The first clue was your photo - I don't think I've ever seen a SW, Instagram "model", Onlyfans account, anything like that where the subject is wearing an houndstooth jacket. At that point it's all over for me, this account is genuine.

And then of course you have written a proper profile emphasising the platonic nature of cuddling.

But yes, almost all women here get a non-platonic approach sooner or later including those with blank profiles. Block and Report.

@SnuggleSky I would echo that it's a very nice profile. Your clients are very fortunate.

  • @SnuggleSky
I like how the very first thing on your profile is the strictly platonic reminder. I suggest reiterating that in your messages as well (if you are not already). From what I have seen, guys that are looking for more will cast a wide net, completely ignoring a profile bio (hard to miss your reminder though), and will try to be subtle as they fish for pros that do not emphasize being platonic in their messages. Or they are on a burner account and are very blatant about their intentions 🤦‍♂️

  • @CuddleDuncan @CharlieBear @WriterGF thank you all for your assessments. I really appreciate it. It was a coin toss between houndstooth and tweed😂😂 I’m happy the houndstooth is sending the right message along with that platonic reminder. I keep my fingers crossed that my genuine approach will attract genuine folks 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

  • @SnuggleSky - You’re also newer to CC, so it’s not uncommon to not have any karma yet. Honestly, I had people asking me for more photos, even when I added some to my profile, mostly from people who don’t have even a single picture.

Your profile is great! I love the different event ideas you talk about doing. ☺️

  • Thank you so much @CuddlesComfort8 ☺️

  • @SnuggleSky: I think your profile is well done too, and that is a great jacket. TBH, I think I want one myself now. 🙂

    Rough crowd!

Members being banned does not mean that it is your fault or that you fucked something up just because a pro or enthusiast did something of their own choice and volition that ultimately got them banned. Asking a question in a public forum should have given you possible outcomes or suggestions on what you could chose to do moving forward to help ease the complications from so many people being banned once you speak to them. Your username isn’t why people are getting banned or attracting the wrong crowd either. I have literally seen several profiles saying back rubs/head rubs/shoulder rubs in their username. I wouldn’t contribute your username as an issue to anything if C.C. Allows people to use “LonerBoner” and that name has been on here for over a year 😒😒🙄😑 they have bigger issues than saying backrubplease being the sites issue or catalyst for members being banned/attracting bad people. We’ve to remember it’s good to be kind to everyone and not make assumptions about them trying to learn how to navigate 🗺️ in the cuddle community here at C.C.

Advice, Creating a more effective way to choose cuddlers to message for a cuddle session would be to invest more time into reviewing profiles and karma ratings to assess if this person has been around for a long period of time to be a reliable source for support and cuddles.

Make your first few questions to whomever you reach out to asking about their cuddling practices to make sure that they’re following the TOS rules and sharing with them you’re asking because you’ve had a negative experience recently with the members you’ve reached out to being banned. You want to ensure they’re being safe and will have higher chances of being in the site for a long time and not banned. (ask relevant questions right out the gate, have you been here long or ever had your account threatened to be banned due to violating TOS rules?)

You can even put it on your page how you are open for pro’s/enthusiasts in your area to feel free to reach out to you for cuddles as you are having difficulty selecting individuals to cuddle with and might be new here and not know what to expect. (Share what you’re looking for upfront so people know what you’re boundaries are)

If you haven’t yet read through the TOS i would also suggest doing that as well so you can have more information on what platonic interests you can look for in a professional cuddler to learn what a good profile looks like to reach out to for support.

Some of the suggestions given are helpful too, not only selecting profiles because they have risqué profile photos is a definite start to minimizing the chance that person will be banned for non-platonic behavior, asking cuddlers for a simple “Breakdown” of what a cuddle session would be like with them is the best way for you to navigate until you have a better understanding of how to select a cuddle partner here. Once they share with you what to expect hopefully they’ll have shared enough with you to decide if they are a good match for you or not. People just want to make sure you aren’t selecting pros/enthusiasts knowing full well that they may not just be here for the simple aspects of what the visit community is here to offer. ( I find giving photo advice to be useless personally, because a photo doesn’t define actions. Ex: may look sweet as a Lilly and be as nasty 🤮 as a sewer drain 🕳️ in person. Profile pics are not reliable even though they may serve as a possible indicator of what to expect, it’s just not reliable enough to put all hope and trust into a photo.)

If the misuse of C.C. is your intentions to message seemingly promiscuous cuddlers then shame on you and you will always have a hard time finding a genuine cuddler that doesn’t get banned, but because that is a poor assumption to make based off the fact you only asked a simple question and never said you’re looking to message people to break the site rules I would not want to condemn you to that type of treatment, So hopefully these answers can help you in your search for a pro cuddler !!!

    ~ Happy Cuddling Everyone 🤗 ~

  • Makes it easier for true Pros like myself. Too often I'm asked to "do more" smh CUDDLES AND GOOD VIBES IS ALL YA GET! 😭😭

  • It's not any one person, but I do know it can be frustrating. Someone reported someone for something before Y-O-U found out about "whatever". It's a blessing, TRUST ME!! In THIS case, ignorance IS bliss!!!

  • @SnuggleSky now i need to buy something with houndstooth! Looking amazing and legit!
