You may contact a professional that you are thinking about employing, but you must book them before any contact information is given.
Yeah, you are allowed to just send a message....it will just give the heads up that professionals cuddle for a fee. 🙂
But that doesn't mean you can't message them....in fact it's preferable to send a nice message before sending a booking ☺️ You're much more likely to receive a response when you send a introduction message. 📬

The "Message" option is labeled " "request to book" if the cuddler is a pro. They are the same. so, in order to message a pro, you would click "request to book"
If someone does not have a pink professional tag on their profile, you can reach out to the person and introduce yourself and try to get to know one another as they are a fellow cuddle enthusiast. If they do have the professional tag on their profile, you can still reach out to them and introduce yourself, though that is more for if you are potentially interested in booking a session with them. Engaging in the forums may result in banter between you and pros/enthusiasts as well. I would just try to avoid hitting up pros just to chat unless they are receptive to it as they generally want to use the site messaging to book sessions and not get bogged down with conversations that are not going to result in a booking. Just don't use messaging as if this is a dating site as that is a quick way to get banned.
That button is a bit .... misleading. As said above, "Request to Book" is your button to get to the message page. Honestly, it maybe better to change the labeling to "Message or Book" or something like that.
The difference between "Send Message" (non-pro) and "Request to Book" (pro) is that the latter will have a section to schedule a cuddle session. But underneath that is the Message section.
It took me a while before I was able to click that button to find that out in the beginning.
