Story time for cuddles

Hello CC members. If you cuddle long enough you run into cuddlers who love to talk and tell you stories. I admit I am one of those and it is mentioned in some of my karma. With that being said, let’s share stories you have been told by cuddle partners that fit in one of these categories:

  1. Stories that made you laugh

  2. Stories that made you cringe and rethink who you are cuddling with.

  3. And stories that broke your heart.

Let’s gather around the forum campfire and share. 🔥

  • I consider my cuddling time sacred space. What my cuddle partner shares, like our cuddle, is between us. The thought that what I have shared with someone would end up on a public forum is what makes me cringe.

Ok. So you don’t know how to change up a story to make it unidentifiable. Not everyone can.

Of course do not use identifying markers like specific geography, names, etc.

I guess you never repeat jokes to people.

  • @TheFunCartel Can you share one of your stories? I don't have any to share yet. My only session so far was quiet. I'm curious.

@TheFunCartel I think you missed the point of my reply. It's not about repeating a story (I've actually written a book full of anecdotes from my life where I changed pertinent information, so I am well-versed in such things). It has more to do with the trust between me and my cuddle partner. They have shared many things to me ... in private, with the expectation that it stays private. That's MY conviction; I'm not asking you to make it yours. (And what you suggest in the OP is not simply repeating a joke, it's sharing someone else's life.)

I put one of my cuddle seesions to an AI song.

  • @Immersedwarmth The best jokes are stories. And you can take someone’s story and make it the same but totally unrecognizable.

  • @MTex I will drop a story for you later today when I have a chance to write it out fully.

  • @Immersedwarmth You make it sound like you've only cuddled one person. I'm not sure it's healthy to be SO "protective". Without using screen names, there's literally no way any of us would know for sure exactly who you're talking about. @TheFunCartel wouldn't ever "ask" what your response implies.

Although I never cuddled with her, I know exactly who the AI song above is about. Perhaps change the name or location?

@great_pillow08 I'm not sure what I said communicates that I've only cuddled one person in my life, but that irrelevant to what I'm saying.

You all are missing my point. When I cuddle, we share a protective time. I don't want my partner(s) worried that what they tell me in that time will be shared with others, let alone publicly, regardless if I hide their identity.

Look, I'm not asking anyone else to have this conviction. Share away. But for me, what is shared in a private time (cuddle) is just that ... private. You do you, and I'll do me.

  • @Immersedwarmth I get that is your choice, and I respect that. I took your initial post as saying everyone will know it is you or someone you cuddled with from sharing a story which is patently untrue if you know how to edit and obscure the original telling details.

But I understand your choice and I am not forcing you to share. I don’t understand why you would share a non-story on a story thread. Most people just wouldn’t post if it wasn’t for them.

  • @MTex so this story has to do with an inadvertent mild joke played on me by a cuddler several weeks ago. I was with someone I have cuddled before and I had to get up and use the restroom and get some water. When I came back she had the tv on with the sound muted and was texting a bit. Just before she turned the tv off I saw the tail end of a colorful tv ad featuring a black woman hopping on a scooter with the background turning day-glo purple and pink. I asked what that was about and she calmly said “That’s the trailer for the new black Barbie movie”. I asked if she was referring to the documentary about the making of the first black Barbie doll that was on Netflix a few years ago and she said no, it was a new Barbie movie—a sequel to the Barbie movie featuring a black Barbie,

This caught my attention as I work with a middle-aged black lady who is a super fan girl of Barbie. I called her and told her and she was stupefied.

    “For real?” she asked.

“Yes, I bet you can find the trailer on YouTube.”

A few days passed, then she left me a voicemail asking exactly where I saw the trailer and I said on tv. She explained she did multiple searches and the only thing that came up was information on the documentary about the first black Barbie doll. So I called my cuddle buddy and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about. When I refreshed her memory about the bathroom break during our last session she laughed. “I was just joking with you because we are always joking together.”

Turns out the commercial was for a prescription medication of some sort. Yes I got suckered by her. My co-worker joked recently about the black replacement for me as a sequel to my career. I deserved it.

  • @TheFunCartel thanks for sharing, that's how rumors get started 😁
