Ive shared this playlist in another thread, its still my go to for cuddle background music, i just keep adding to it.
Mostly chillhop and instrumentals, i found it makes it much easier to have or keep a conversation while holding someone/being held when there is minimum lyrics.

I listen to LoFi or instrumental jazz for background noise.
I also have someone's playlist they shared with me because I thought it was really good.
Depends on mood and who I'm cuddling with, or where in the cuddle - you can pick a few full albums for a longer cuddles and some seem to work better when in the beginning/middle/end of the session

A lot lately, I've been using something called dream forest music that Spotify recommended and it's surprisingly calming! 🤗🤗🤗
I have about six cuddle playlists. (So far.) One is simply a Reiki album by Llewellyn which is very soothing new age music (lots of soft flutes) that we played in the witchy shop I used to help run. The others are ones I constructed myself. Two playlists with chill songs with lyrics, two playlists of lo-fi music, and one playlist of random new age music. (Think 'Pure Moods' for all you 90s kids, lol.)
