Platonic boundaries

edited May 2025 in General

To the pros, has someone ever tried to cross the platonic boundary and steal a kiss on your lips from you? Wondering having someone so close and feeling good with you, if anyone ever tried something like this? I know the web site rules, asking just for curiosity.

Would you just stop the session and kick the person out, or what would you do in that situation?

Not a pro, but a moderator here. Yes it happens and it needs to be reported. It's not cute and it's not sweet, and many pros will tell you that it is more violating that being touched inappropriately. Plus there is risk of catching STI's. They should stop the session and leave (if a guest) or kick the person out (if the host).

  • Yeah it definitely happens and it’s so frustrating. I hold space before every session to go over boundaries and kissing is a definite thing I inform men I do not do and will not tolerate. Majority don’t try but a handful have an it makes me so uncomfortable. I have to make sure my face is always in a position that my lips cannot be reached. I have to restate my boundaries throughout the session and if they disrespect me I have to leave. What equally erks me is men trying to kiss my ears! Ew. Don’t try to sneak ear kisses.

As @CharlieBear says yes it does happen.

Kick the perpetrator out immediately, or leave as the case may be. Do not listen to excuses, they are lying. No, they are not entitled to a refund - they have broken the terms of service to which they explicitly agreed.

Report them. (And possibly Block them in the meantime.)

    Consider informing the police.

I'd like to see more of these bad actor clients end up with sexual assault charges on their records.

  • I'm not sure of the motivation behind this question.

But the responses are clear enough. 🚫

Sounds like ya may be on a fishing expedition to gauge acceptability and tolerance of something that you already know shouldn't be done. Just the term "stealing a kiss" is really yuck because nobody should be trying to "steal" any type of affection as it shows a lack of respect for bodily autonamy and consent.

It happens all the time, but people who have done it likely aren’t around on here any more to tell you. If that happens they would get reported, and the site mods take such reports seriously.

  • ^^^ what he said.

It hasn't happened with me, I have a solid vetting process because of my training. I'm not saying it's foolproof but it super enhances my intuition and seeing patterns of who is going to challenge my boundaries.
Get trained! If you are doing this work on your own, get education.

  • I’m currently researching to better understand customer behavior and the boundaries of tolerance for cuddlers in professional cuddling. It seems that boundary-crossing incidents may occur more often than people openly acknowledge. There’s a delicate balance between adhering to professional guidelines and navigating situations where lines might be subtly crossed, which ultimately comes down to individual conscience and professionalism.
Additionally, I’m considering entering the field as a male professional cuddler but remain undecided. I’m weighing the pros and cons, especially since this is a legitimate business that can provide supplemental income. I’d appreciate insights from others in the community about their experiences, particularly regarding maintaining boundaries and the realities of working in this industry as a male practitioner.

  • It’s not a secret that there is plenty of misconduct that people are constantly being banned for. People sign up with no intention of keeping things platonic so we all have to be careful and screen as much as we can. As for being a male pro…it can be difficult to get clients if you are not willing to cuddle other men, and even then there’s no guarantee you will get clients. But I wouldn’t want to discourage you from trying.

@InfiniteJoy As Charlie said, male pros get virtually no business unless they are willing to cuddle other men. Otherwise, you'll just be paying $25 a month for not much of anything.

It is openly acknowledged, condemned, reported, and banned for, all the time.

Almost never, for male Pro's, unfortunately. Most women here are spoiled for choice of "free" men, and have zero cause to pay a man to cuddle them. The few who have expressed an interest, have, as far as I know, never actually shelled out the cash.

Being a Pro on this site does not make one any safer or more trained than any enthusiast, regardless of gender. The courses it would take to make that claim are thousands of dollars, and it can take even female Pro's a very long time to make that investment back. I'm not sure a male Pro ever would.

  • Thanks for all the feedback, probably I will stay as an enthusiast and not a pro, following the rules of course as expected. Have a nice day
