Hey folks! I was just sitting here thinking about some of the Cuddlers I've enjoyed reading, and wishing we were closer. It got me to wondering...

If neither distance nor availability were problems, whom--on here-- would YOU like to cuddle? I've got quite a few!!

@pmvines ~ because he's hairy and intelligent... and his balanced wisdom reminds me of Yoda! lol

    I have been fortunate enough to have met some amazing people who I consider true friends , as well as some true friends whom I haven't met yet. There are certainly some folks who I would love to cross paths with some day, which will happen just as soon as it's meant to happen. That being said, I feel like in all honesty that if CC were to shut down and I didn't meet anybody else from the site (or I finally go off the rails in the forums the way that I truly wish I could sometimes and get myself banned) that I would be able to walk away with a full heart and gratitude for those connections I've made and friendships I have.

    @Homesteader Let's be honest. Threads like this, and there have been many, are like the Academy Awards, where the forum "cool kids" who make up the 1% are self-congratulatory, while the other 99% sit in the back row of the balcony in anonymity.

    That said, I'll play along. I'd put @Queenlizzy at the top of the list. You can't do better. A genuine soul.

    I am certainly not cool, nor a kid. I just have been here a long time and have put in work to get to know people. Many of my favorite people I've gotten to know here are who you might consider in the balcony, many from their own choosing, not because they aren't amazing.

    @pmvines Yes, I know you've been here quite some time. I've been on for about 9 years (despite what my profile says). And Ive put in plenty of time and work, made many of great connections, too - both those in the balcony and those in the orchestra seats.

    I assumed you would have seen the quotation marks around "cool kids."

    Absolutely, and that's what it's all about! Some of my favorite humans are people I've met here . Not even about cuddles for me. I need friends more than touch. But cuddling is certainly best when with friends.

    Yeah the Rose-Co Cuddle event in Columbus a few years ago was super amazing with all the folks that showed. You were greatly missed and thank you for letting us know about your whereabouts . Lots of the peeps really were so excited to finally meet you , including me! Hopefully we do it again soon and connect!

    Distance and availability are real challenges here no doubt. I have been fortunate to meet so many people while navigating those challenges. Gosh, I am still wanting to meet ALL the people here! Thats my goal!

    Also, thinking about it I am sorry there are those that feel like they may be on the sidelines. I’m sorry my message was a little harsher earlier. I think focusing on ways we can work on inclusivity while still being able to honor current connections might be a good topic for another post.
