Go the their profile. Click on "karma." If you and the pro in question have exchanged at least 3 messages on here, then you will be able to leave karma for them. And they for you.
Very important to have exchanged the messages first! It takes about 3 at least before you can rate them!
How do cuddlers get their star ratings?
@lonelydad4u The rating shown is just the average of all the ratings they have received so far. (Every bit of karma has a star rating along with a comment).
Five stars is the default, and is the most common rating. One star is rare (e.g. missing the appointment without warning) and other numbers of stars are extremely rare.
