Hosting options seem to come up on the forums pretty often, and it seems that both pro and enthusiast will sometimes get a hotel room or other rental to be able to host.
I’d say in and of itself it doesn’t seem like an issue to me; I’d use other metrics to determine if the cuddle is going to be a good one.
