My friend created an account. She then applied for Professional status. She was denied. Since then, she cannot access anything, her messages or anything at all on the site. The only thing that appears is this message in the photo. The only option given is to close her account. Is this normal?
She wrote for support, but it has been two weeks with no response. So she clicked Close account today. There is really no other option given. It says, your account will be deleted. Is this usual? You can't just be an Enthusiast after attempting Professional. We don't understand what to do next.
