So I'm not sure if anyone else around here shares this or could use it, though I've found thinking of the night, doesn't necessarily have to be night, in terms of hours rather than 'night' helps me when I need it to be day time. Like let's suppose I'm waiting on something or going through a matter that may resolve come day time, instead of thinking "tomorrow" I think "in # hours" and I've found it helps me better get through the night. 😌 I've learned this in like late 2024 to late 2025. I hope to share anything else that I think of, I'm pretty sure I've at least a thing or two other that may be helpful. That's just all that comes to mind, and actually I needed it tonight! Anyone else do that or similar, by the way?
