  • I'm curious if the site has implemented any of the past suggestions made here?

  • Really curious on why when someone blocks you, it alerts you of it. Now I’m not sure why they resorted to blocking (my next suggestion.) but I know that they blocked me.

    As someone who really is not a confrontational person and the ease to just create another profile- Rather than knowing of the block, completely invisible to that person who is blocked would be nice

    I tend to get side tracked easily (busy lifestyle outside of CC and the inbox only shows the last message preview received. Allowing our own message back previewed or a sent message on the inbox would be nice

    I thought I had looked and replied to messages and missed out on a booking to this and ended up blocked after. I feel so bad because I felt like I replied and after looking into the inbox/messages - i never did. I feel like this could be prevented if I knew a bit better but adhd type stuff. 🫠

  • @fluffy_gamer ok I totally missed this but how are my photos and poses “ scintillating?” It’s literally me sitting and smiling and then my laying in a chair..? This is exactly why I don’t like this site. Men turn the most innocent of things into something sexual.

  • I think I am done with this site. I reported someone for asking me on a “date” and then he back tracked and said he meant a “platonic” date. I reported him and he got mad at me for reporting him and sent me a mean message and hasn’t been banned. I am being told it’s my fault for getting non platonic attention despite the sit explicitly stating against it because I have a photo of me smiling. I shouldn’t have to wear a baggy turtle neck to be treated respectfully and my photos are not at all over sexualized. I’m laying in a chair in a sun dress and sitting and smiling. I am sick of this site being treating like a dating app and this forum further proves that I will never find anyone respectful here.

  • @VirtualCuddler

    They aren't scintillating . It's an over reactive comment that isn't really grounded in anything, and likely comes from somewhere within him, not because of anything that you've actually done. Just ignore it .

    @pmvines She's gone.

  • IMO not be super strict about some topics as long as people aren’t belittling each other.

    One time I got locked out for possibly a hot take, they never said why.

  • [Deleted User]WriterGF (deleted user)

    @CuddlesWithCat Odds are that means someone reported you to the mods.

  • It should be mandatory in someone’s profile if they could host or not.

  • A few times I have gone into my messages and seen someone that I had a booking with is now banned. So I have then had to go and cancel the booking myself.

    Would be nice, if there was a notification to us - or if any bookings that person had was automatically cancelled once they are banned. If I happen to miss seeing them banned, I might turn down another booking, thinking I am already booked at that time.

    Not sure how successful it would be, but maybe trolls would get caught before they could spam the forums if there was a delay / waiting period before they could comment in the forums, or at least before they could post new threads?

    The latter might force new joiners to look at existing sticky threads if they couldnt create new ones right away.

  • @lovingspoonfull
    I think that’s a great idea. I’m always surprised how quickly the trolls can make a new account. Staying one step ahead of the them can’t be easy. Mods had their work cut out for them today but they still kept up.

  • Mods be like:

    @lovingspoonfull

    True but that just means there is a grace period for them showing their asses and getting shown the door. Plus if it weren't for their posts then the common folk wouldn't be able to behold their buffoonery and some of us need to be entertained. Annoying? Yes. Necessary evil? Maybe

  • Annoying: this site updated my age but I don’t turn 50 for another 1.5 hours!! Let me enjoy my youth, dang it.

  • Happy Birthday 🎂 @EnnDub !

  • 50 is nifty

  • 50 went swiftly

  • I think one other suggestion to help improve this site is to put a message request instead of sending a message for the person you want to message with that you haven’t messaged with yet and put several options and to choose one, like…
    1. Looking for a cuddle buddy
    2. Looking for someone to talk with

    I think these would help make it easier and smoother and people would then approve those they want to exchange messages with and decline those they don’t want to send exchange messages with.

    @PolarMtnHuman95
    I kind of like this idea, similar to private message requests on Reddit. It could result in less resentment all around.
    But then just more work for Admins (like many suggestions here) and we all can manage our activities here on our own with some effort.
    It doesn’t always have to be about making everything easier for ourselves personally.

    Ah lol what childishness

    -The forums ARE NOT "open" if opposing viewpoints can't be expressed.
    -You're NOT "social" if you can't rationally discuss differences of opinion.
    -You're not mature enough to even be on a site like this (much less a "moderator") if you think it's okay to call perfect strangers names and treat them like a child so you can feel better about having irrational insecurities.
    - It's an abuse of perceived superiority to put an ACTUAL GROWN adult in "time out" (what are we, 5 yrs old? How old are these "mods"- 12!?!).
    - Moderators should have to be trained in conflict resolution and demonstrate the ability to discern between a perception and intentional action
    -Members should be presumed to be of a mental level capable of handling being told when they're wrong and expressing themselves without involving others.

    This isn't supposed to be the 3rd grade playground, people!

    your complete disregard for the rules and moderators judgments, and your trolling of forums is what led you to your timeouts. This site has rules. I’m sorry you can’t respect them and that when discipline is enforced, you feel like attacking us. - Stormy
    leaving this up because it needs to be said in this particular situation with this particular member. So hopefully the lesson is learned here. We don’t mind critique, even harsh critique. We mind trolls who critique us every single time they get in trouble. You’ve gotten away with a lot more than a lot of community members because of the productive things you say on this site I suggest you stop trolling. If you’re going to say something say it productively. Otherwise you’ll get a time out that’s how it works. Next time you critique us, please do so in civil language or, the timeout will be permanent.

    @great_pillow08
    The acceptable version of your argument is below for reference. . We are trained we don’t just throw you in time out randomly we throw you in timeout to protect the forums and this community. Please note the use of the word respectfully sharing.
    You are allowed to say the things you say you’re just not allowed to be mean to anyone.

    On the Nature of Open Dialogue and Responsible Moderation
    An open forum must, by definition, be a space where differing viewpoints can be shared respectfully—even if those viewpoints challenge the majority opinion. Dialogue cannot be considered "social" if it is limited only to agreement or echo chambers. Constructive disagreement is essential for intellectual and communal growth.

    Effective moderation should foster these conversations, not curtail them based on discomfort or misinterpretation. It is neither mature nor professional to resort to name-calling or condescension when faced with opposing perspectives. Such behavior undermines the purpose of a shared public platform and reflects poorly on those entrusted to uphold its integrity.

    Placing an adult member in a digital "timeout" for voicing a dissenting opinion trivializes the responsibilities of moderation. It suggests an imbalance of power, where authority is used to silence rather than to guide. This is not childhood discipline—it is a failure of conflict resolution.

    Moderators should be trained in discerning intent versus perception and should demonstrate emotional maturity, impartiality, and a commitment to fairness. Conflict resolution is not a matter of suppressing friction but navigating it productively.

    Finally, members of a forum should be presumed to possess the intellectual and emotional capacity to engage with criticism and counterpoints without resorting to personal offense or needing intervention.

    A forum is not a playground. It is a public square for ideas—complex, conflicting, and essential for real discourse.

  • Don’t know where that came from but if this is the 3rd grade playground I’ll be at the tetherball courts.

  • @CharlieBear I won’t be have you ever taken a tetherball to the face. It does not feel good. 😂

  • I like the see saw myself but as a chubby kid I had a hard time finding people to be on the other end

    @CuddlesWithCat It's a self-policing site. People report things they feel violate TOS.

  • edited August 2025

    @WriterGF - You're basically saying peoples feelings make them facts when the vast majority of us on this site are complete strangers! Am I the only one who grew up hearing "Things aren't always as they seem" or that it's wrong to judge others? I thought diversity was supposed to be a good thing?

    @stormydaycuddle - There's not a mean bone in my body. I'm just very direct and most people appreciate that. The ones who don't, read between lines that aren't there to twist what was said so it's more to their liking- although it's not what was said or meant at all. The "time out" was based on the twisted meaning.

    I'm not a "troll", but I was labeled one for attempting to explain my viewpoint after assumptions and false judgements were made, words were put into my mouth, spread around, and "reported". I was silenced before I was "allowed" to explain myself which is absolutely play ground B.S. We're supposed to be adults and the mods can't handle constructive criticism? And that's not supposed to scare female cuddlers? I've had issues with said moderator PLENTY of times before. I'm absolutely justified in voicing EVERY concern I listed. The gloating that took place in announcing said "time out" was juvenile and the assumption that I needed said time to "reflect" was laughable and a sheer display of arrogance. I used the time to consider how this site could be improved because as a female cuddler, it scares me that I could report someone and if the report came across said moderator, it could be ignored because of some personal "issue"- and there's no way for me to prove it. Calling a moderators judgement into question when based on public comments shouldn't be a violation against a member. Moderators should be held to a higher standard because of the position they're in. When their antics cause members to question their safety, there should be a way for them to be reported for such- and removed, as I have been threatened with- twice now!! Whomever these people are who're in charge have no idea "who" I am because to say I've been "nice" is an understatement. You haven't even begun to see an "attack" coming from me (and no, that's not a threat!), so to be accused of such is ludacris. There are genuine issues with this site and I'm voicing them. I understand that the moderators don't like it because "one of their own" is indirectly being exposed. Instead of attacking me, why doesn't this site address the issues I'm voicing?

    Even in your post, you assume A LOT and there's been NO dialog between myself and anyone else about this. The judgements and assumptions just keep swirling, the abuse of "power" continues, and there's no accountability. And no one else sees why this is scary?
