Glad I no longer work in public accounting. Tax people had to work on Labor Day because of the 9/15 filing deadline and I don’t think we even got a floating holiday from it.
I will be seeing 7 hospice patients, all actively dying and transitioning to help out the on call staff since it's been a crazy weekend. Then tonight will have 63 care plans to update and sign for clinical IDG team meeting tomorrow, along with notes and charting to do. But my mom's getting a Boston butt today and splitting it with me so there's that 😂

Happy Labor Day! I am actually laboring and putting in a new kitchen sink and cabinet shelving and waterproofing it all. So much fun but I have cheap labor in the form of my son. Great to have help but it’s tedious work.
Heh, I always feel like Labor Day is the day that I'm off from paid work at my office and having to do unpaid domestic labor at home.
