Can fully relate to your list of perks, @TheFunCartel . When I was on the Arizona contract, the corporate apartment was the best, next to a year at the Chandler Hilton. Yeah, for loyalty and frequent flier points.

With the year end coming up maybe a slice of pizza, 2 if i am lucky.
We get together for a mini retreat about once a year and they provide tea and muffins in the morning and lunch. I work as a Postpartum Doula as part of a team of doulas which is pretty unique. The team approach has perks in that we support each other and share resources. I get to cuddle babies as part of my work.
We get a certain number of volunteer hours that we can use to go volunteer every year. This does not include the yearly volunteer week partnered with United Way.
The organization I work for really doesn't so much overall.
They do "supply chain" week- a free meal IF you can get to the warehouse (most of us couriers can't), a token gift like a travel mug, small thin cooler bag etc.
However, my "perk" is my route. 830 AM to about 530 PM- company van with fuel card/fleet maint, I-phone and 200 miles a day. In that 200 miles usually the radio is on, stations have call-in contests:

One of my previous employers had a soft serve ice cream machine in the employees break room. Good times.
