Questions about first cuddle sessions

Hello, I’m new to this community and had a few questions!

First, I’m a bit nervous about coming to this community to seek out cuddling. I don’t really want to upload photos of myself not because I’m ashamed of who I am or anything like that but just don’t want to put that out on the internet. Is there anything I can do to make my profile be more inviting for potential cuddling friends?

I’m not opposed to booking a pro but has anyone had luck finding someone to cuddle that’s also looking on a more casual level? It seems in my area, pros are the only ones who get on regularly.

When meeting someone for the first time, what are some boundary setting conversations to have besides where it’s okay to touch, preferred cuddling methods/positions/interactions, interests? I want whoever I’m cuddling to be comfortable as well as be comfortable myself and want to have clear and upfront communication.

Any help/tips are greatly appreciated!

    1) There are people who, for various reasons, don't want to post a public photo on their profiles. But you should be prepared to send a photo privately to someone you are going to cuddle with. They are going to want to know that the person they are corresponding with is the person who will show up at their door.

    2) Finding an enthusiast can be a challenge, mainly because there are way more men than women on this site. If you do want to go the enthusiast route, be prepared to invest significant time building trust before attempting a cuddle. If you want a cuddle promptly, hiring a pro is the best option.

    3) I am sure there are folks who can give a better answer than I on this one. But the first thing I would do is write a list of what boundaries you want to establish for yourself up front.

  • Take your time, be patient, learn the culture here, and just be yourself.

I myself like it when a cuddler has a photo on their profile. Even if you don't care to share yourself publicly.. that to me is more inviting than the standard icon.
I'm adding a picture to reference something I would use

  • You can set your profile as private in settings which means that only CC members see your profile photo.

Thanks for the helpful insight so far y’all! I should’ve clarified I wouldn’t mind sending a face picture over the message feature but I’ll look into some sort of photo to have posted on my profile so I don’t seem like such a ghost.

State on your profile that you're willing to privately send a photo of yourself if requested. In the photo, make sure it's one that clearly shows your complete face and it's easy to tell which person in the photo is you. As far as positions- when in doubt, ask! As for where to put your hands, if it's legally required to be covered by a bathing suit, it's off limits- NO exceptions!!

I would be V-E-R-Y careful about "being yourself" on here though..

@great_pillow08 what do you mean by being careful about being yourself on here? I would think being a genuine version of yourself in real life, online, and on here would be a better route to go than being disingenuous.

  • I’m curious about that too!

  • Having an online presence can be a fine line sometimes. When I am fully myself, I tend to overshare. As a result, I had a stalker track me to my apartment in a gated community at 3:00 am several years ago when I lived alone. I have also had someone get just enough clues of my identity that they tried to blackmail me...here...on this site. They did a reverse lookup on one of my pics that was also posted on my Facebook account. From there, were able to see names of friends and family because I did not have tight security settings. They wanted $8k or they would contact all my family and friends to expose me for cuddling since I am married. My family already know I cuddle...other than my 76 year old husband who is an invalid with heart issues, parkinsons and dementia. He would be hurt and confused.

Bottom line...always be yourself but be aware.

Not having a photo will make it more difficult on yourself. One thing to consider about this is that many people prefer to meet in public the first time. If you're not willing to put a face photo on here are you willing to be seen in public with a potential cuddle-buddy?

I've met with someone locally who was an enthusiast/non-pro. It can happen but to be blunt the odds are not in your favor unless you're willing to cuddle with guys. Welcome to the internet at large is about all I have to say about that.

Be a decent human being and understand what people are looking for is probably a good start. Yeah it's oversimplifying but CC strongly pushes a platonic only nature here. If you have to wonder if you're allowed to touch something the answer is overwhelmingly likely to be NO. If you're looking for that sort of contact there's other places to look for it.
