You can't leave karma for sessions that didn't happen unless it was a no show. She cancelled with plenty of notice so I'm not sure how your time was wasted.
Just find another one dude.
I’m curious about what the discrimination was based on, not that you need to go into detail. I looked at your profile and saw that you have left the “status” field blank. I personally don’t cuddle anyone who is married or in a relationship. Is that considered discrimination? Could be to some I suppose. People make choices for a variety of reasons though there are rules regarding this for Pros. I hope you get the clarity that you need.
To be fair, I also had a similar situation and my PRO no showed. The issue is there is no way to dispute it and PRO’s don’t have to take accountability unless session occured.
I think there’s a difference between a no-show and a cancellation days in advance, as @Mike403 mentioned. I think you can leave a negative karma review if it’s a no show or last minute cancellation.
Bias exists on this site.
Thankfully most of the people I would cuddle with don't pay attention or post in the forum 😂 or I would have left awhile ago.
@g_w_t_w he said she cancelled after he sent a selfie so it is based on appearance, not relationship status. It could be aesthetics, skin color, etc.
@lasb I understand why you want other users to know (I would when I am considering a pro) but I can understand why the mods rejected it: Based on the information you provided, it is impossible to know for certain that you were discriminated against. Also, everyone is allowed to have preferences/check-boxes for they cuddle, even if they are unfair.
@lasb I also want to say that after working for years in therapy and unpacking lifelong trauma, I have finally learned to accept my emotions and not be ashamed of them, as most men are conditioned. I see comments above like "Just find another one dude" and "She cancelled with plenty of notice so I'm not sure how your time was wasted" that minimize the negative emotions any person in this situation would feel. It is behavior like that which teaches us to be ashamed of our emotions.
My advice is acknowlege that this is an unfair situation, process your emotions and move on. Also try to put yourself in the mods shoes and understand why they made this decision
Good Luck!
The non-discrimination policy is practically unenforceable. It's just out there because it looks good. its that way in many places, not only here. its life. Tho I think the reason provided (another appointment) is not acceptable and warrants a negative Karma. You either don't manage your time and your appointments properly or found a better prospect after you already had a booking with someone and chose them over. At least be kinder and make up a story about a flat tire or someone in the hospital.
We are doomed. All of us. All the more reason people should be more honest in life...... Before that escalator stops as soon you step on it lol
Words are learned for a reason
People that cant understand them or use them in a way that allows honest dialogue shouldn't get the benefit of the doubt
Impossible to judge without knowing the pro's side of the story.
Devils advocate here - maybe she had another client offer more favorable terms? i.e. more money, better location, or even a repeat client? To use an analogy, I have a regular massage therapist who I see every month - she will reschedule a new client who she's never seen before to accomodate a booking request from me.
I'm not saying that something like the above is what happened to you - but it's one of the possibilities. Without more info, none of us here can say for sure one way or the other.
Maybe she had her own appointment. Like a doctors visit/medical test that could only be scheduled at a certain time. I’m not saying something wrong didn’t happen. Maybe it is discrimination. But I know I’m sitting in a doctors office right now and had to reschedule something else last minute because this opening became available.
I would much rather a pro cancel on me based on my looks than uncomfortably endure me through an entire session. I feel like we would both end up being uncomfortable and the session not enjoyable.

@Jubal Sorry but still not valid imo. Ok, maybe debatable but still worthy of a Karma so people are aware there is a chance of that happening with her.
@Sooson I'm not weighing in on whether it's valid or invalid for a pro to do such. Just pointing out that there could be plenty of reasons besides discrimination for this pro to cancel.
People are free to pick and choose who they want to cuddle with, I think them saying they had another client was an effort to prevent from hurting you, I wouldn't consider this discrimination, freelancers are free to choose what they want to do, personally I would just move on.
I'm sorry this happened to you and your feelings of being upset about it are valid. You structured your work schedule to meet someone else's availability and them canceling the night before doesnt give you enough time to always find another cuddler. It's the same thing for pros when a client cancels on short notice. Both sides can feel like time was wasted when it happens to them.
There is no way of knowing for sure why the pro canceled. Could it be discrimination? Did she forget about another appointment or scheduled one with more hours? Did she forget an obligation?Or any other myriad of reasons. While some reasoning seems unfair, everyone had the right to decide whether or not to cuddle someone for any reason. We may never know this pro's reasoning for sure but maybe count yourself lucky that you dodged a bullet with this one and you'll find another cuddler who will better value your time.
Don't take it to heart. Wishing you the best and warm cuddles in the future. 🤗🫂
Welcome to the world of a pro. I have had 4 appointments cancelled this week. Some have cancelled on their own with no communication with me, others give no response after I've reached out several times and I have to cancel. This is life and cuddling isn't a priority and that's the reality.
Yes, she could have discriminated against you for the way you look, she could have gotten a "bad vibe", or she could have actually had more important obligations. Who knows? And this is why your karma wasn't deemed appropriate as you can't prove the reason why she cancelled. This could even be seen as retaliatory.
I suggest sending a picture earlier than the day before, choosing a pro who has it clearly worded in their profile that they don't discriminate, and also one with lots of karma as they've been around for awhile and likely have cuddled with everyone. Good luck in the future and don't take this cuddling thing so personal.
I was a little upset. I’m leaving this open. I shouldn’t have gotten upset and locked it so I apologize for that part . But this was responded to. If you’d like to tear apart, my actions go for it.
I’m going to clarify since some people wanna know. . Saying CC didn’t respond irked me. Because I did. So again, I apologize for being upset. And unless there’s a violation to this thread I’m going to leave it alone.
While any number of things could have happened, I do wonder why they would block unless something offensive was said or done. That or why they wouldn't respond when asking for clarity on the cancellation. I would think it would be considerate to at least say something to someone that went out of their way to schedule something before blocking. I also wasn't aware that you could leave karma when blocked and/or a session didn't occur.
@CSnMUS87 According to site policy, you are only allowed to leave karma if you have met in person, unless the other person is a no show. Not sure if a cancellation the day before counts as a no show, a mod would probably have to answer that.
@CSnMUS87 I was curious, so I clicked on your profile and went to the "add karma" button to see what it would do. Got a popup message saying that I could only leave karma after I had exchanged a few messages with you.
On reflection, I suppose that makes sense for enthusiasts, as there's no booking on the site for this. But it seems like the site should have a mechanism for karma only being available between a pro & enthusiast when there's been a booking scheduled.
