And yet, in that very same post, a convo was posted that appears to be a fake version of the one they previously submitted in a site report.

So due to the differences, is the one on the left real and the right fake? Or are both fake? Who knows. That's why we can't take these burner accounts seriously and why these forum posts are BS, potentially painting an innocent person as something they are not. Also the nudes were from some obscure art site and don't seem to be recent.
I am posting that here so you all see what we deal with and how disingenuous these troll posts can be.

@davids84 When someone wants to become a pro on the site, and they have an online presence that is sexual (even just risqué socials), they need to choose if they will take down the non platonic stuff, or join the site. If they keep it up and are reported, they will most likely be banned. The pro was not banned for offering anything sexual based on either set of screenshots. It was the sexual socials. Sometimes they are offered a second chance if they take the offending images down, though I am not the mod that handled that report.
This has been debated to death about being unfair, which I agree with, but them’s the rules.

@davids84 Yeah, but the admins do not want clients linking anything sexual to what pros provide here. We already have to deal with people trying to use it for sex work, and that is a rule they had to implement over time as they really want the site to be viewed as strictly platonic. That is simply their rules and we need to follow them to use the site, regardless of how we personally feel about it.
Mind you, if someone is a sex worker, or they have onlyfans/seeking/etc and they are an enthusiast and not charging outside of the site and not doing sex work with people they connect with here, there is no issue. Those rules apply to pros only.
I think the interesting thing is that none of us are against having that profession. But because we’ve seen everything we are entirely against it being linked back to here. It can put platonic pros in bad situations or even in danger. I was a pro and I understand this first hand, which is probably why I am probably the most likely to tackle something if it points heavily in that direction. It is a huge thing when you’re in that situation. And it’s better if there’s clarity and in this case, it has to be extreme clarity. Being in that profession and knowing how to handle things like that is totally different set of skills, then being a platonic cuddler. So when faced with someone insisting that you do something someone else did, it’s harder to know how to navigate that. And it’s unfair to ask platonic pros to have to. Even though a lot of times they’re gonna face it.
There are so many sites for that type of thing. It doesn’t belong on CC. In a perfect world, the rule wouldn’t even be needed. We don’t live in a perfect world. And we need to protect those who uphold what this sites about.

As one of the other site Mods, I figured I'd add to this thread.
@CharlieBear has done an excellent post outlining why we sometimes question the legitimacy of text messages being authentic. There are numerous free sites and apps which can easily create varying degrees of realistic looking text conversations, some even directly within the app, and site-based one with VOIP and burner numbers are even easier to fake if you know how to use the developer tools of a web browser. This is not to say we completely disregard them entirely, we're simply aware how easy it is to fake text message conversations and take that into account based on gathering info from both sides of the report and the reputation someone has on the site (i.e. do they have any prior warnings and what are they about, Karma, other conversations, etc).
Additionally, with free face-swapping sites (some that offer skin tone and lighting matching) and AI baked into Adobe Photoshop, it's easier now than it ever has been to make fake photos of someone. Again, we don't disregard submitted photos as evidence, but we have to examine them to confirm if they're really the person being portrayed.
And finally, we've had ex's submit personal, private photos sent to try getting Pros banned saying they were being offered sexual services and going as far as creating fake sugar baby profiles on other sites to reference to. While it doesn't happen often, it's still yet another thing we have to validate and take into consideration based on where the report is coming from.
Burner accounts to report are the least trusted and to the person making burner accounts posting in the forums about how CC Admins and Mods allow sex workers of any kind to remain on the site, that person doesn't want us to question anything they submit... to just accept anything they send as fact and ban the person, which we won't do without some kind of confirmation the content in the report is authentic. Once we've confirmed that, they are immediately banned.
isn’t the case here of risqué socials (ie nudity) rather than sex work. so the argument is men on the site are going to get the wrong idea. feels like punishing women for the misogyny of men.
@davids84 Yes, the pro with risqué socials, male or female, has to decide if they want to keep those up or be a pro. It is unfortunate that a client could see those socials and then book that pro hoping to get more than cuddling based on assumptions they are making about the person and not how that pro conducts themselves, but here we are. Pros have downgraded in protest. Other threads have been made complaining about it. The admins have maintained their position, and you can choose if you will continue to use the site or not.
