What's your favorite kind of taco? I've discovered recently that not many people know about my favorite kind and I was curious!
Lengua. I had the best in Los Cabos
Picadillo or any version of beef & potatoes. Or no meat with potatoes only. 🌮🥔🍅🥬🌶 All with chile, tomatoes, lettuce, & cheese.
I generally prefer “street taco” style. But that’s a big family of options.
Grilled/toasted corn tortillas, some grilled meat (e.g., carna asada, al pastor, mahi mahi), plus some form of crema, lime juice, chopped cabbage, fire grilled corn, salsa verde, etc. Toppings should be varied to mood and availability!
