I have written several pro-cuddler messages for booking that included date ranges, the amount of time I desired, up to two months in advance. These messages are on, replied some up to 16 days. What should I think or do is this normal? Thanks.
You can’t control people and how or if they respond. I started stating that I am independently wealthy and I normally get a response in less than 24 hours. It is not until later on that they discover I was referring to a wealth of good vibes.
Are you trying to reach out to pros that are closer to your age? I see that there are 30+ active pros in your area (logged in past 7 days), not a ton but decent amount. Age discrimination is real.
I see that there are 30+ active pros in your area (logged in past 7 days), not a ton but decent amount. I also started browsing because I couldn't help myself and noticed you left one of them a Karma about a week ago. have you considered reaching out and asking for a karma from her in return. Having a recent karma couldn't hurt, considering you joined that long ago and only have one.
And another tip as a follow up on the advice given above https://rolexreplicanow.com/
One of the frustrating things for me, in general but especially as a neurodivergent person, is that with the growth of electronic communication people have become increasingly impatient for instant responses. When we were doing letters, land lines, and even early days of email people generally understood and expected that responses could take some time to happen.
Not everyone checks their messages all day every day. Some people need more time to gather their thoughts for a response. Some are just flooded with a ton of messages they need to triage and respond to (especially newer pros).
One of the things I most appreciate is when people communicate their timeline expectations. If a response is time-sensitive, telling the person that can really help avoid miscommunication and frustration. Example: "hi! Here's a bit about me. Here's my availability. I'd love it if you could let me know if you're interested by X time on Y day. Thanks! "
It's a simple accomodation that benefits everyone, not just those of us with executive function issues or crazy schedules.
Edit to add: this also helps me with letting go of that waiting in stasis feeling after sending a message. If the person doesn't reply within the time frame requested, I just shrug it off as a bad fit or wrong timing and move on 🤷🏻♀️
@Sooson How do you know he can’t afford a real Rolex ? Or that Pros are shallow Hal’s? 🤔 Chris Stapleton ? Or Duck Dynasty? Assumptions, assumptions.. you know what they say… ha.. ( he looks and seems like a lovely gentleman by the way) I like a nice personality and a kind heart ❤️
I will start a conversation with a Pro long before I think about booking a session. I would exchange 3-4 ( get to know me) messages first. Also during those exchanges, you can get a feel how often they are online.
@FreedomComfort2 I just wanted to say thank you for your service. Frodo Baggins would never have made it without your help.
If you’re ever around my area in Florida, I would gladly answer a message so detailed as yours!!
@MaxCuddle 🙌 yes ! Good advice 😃 It’s important to exchange a lot of messages before deciding if you want to see someone.. I do the same thing.. my iPhone stays logged in and alot of times may appear I’m online when I am not.. I don’t always get back to someone right away as I am busy with other things .. or maybe I’m at work ( Oncology RN) and don’t have time to write a nice message back to someone.. Patience 😊
I think @cuddlefaery makes a great point about not logging on here literally everyday. when I was new, I used to check heavily. the past few months... well sometimes I'm just not on if I'm in a work sleep game cycle.
sometimes I look at mine if I wake up in the middle of the night and just want to talk to someone. or in a break when work is slow.
my comments might not be important since they don't have anything to do with pros. just about delays in responding
people have become increasingly impatient for instant responses
😆👍
@cuddlefaery Right! Lol 😆
I woke up to a "hey, how are you" message from yesterday and Dude up and deleted his account! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm like Dude, I am sorry but I was tired and likely sleeping...It was a rough day at work, dammit! 😆
Since, he up and deleted his account... He'll NEVER KNOW how was I doing yesterday! 😁😜
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol! I should have fought against sleep harder and maybe put some Scott tape on my eyelids to "keep them open" 👀 to QUICKLY RESPOND back to that "hey, how are you" message...😆😆😆😆
Some pros do not respond to me either or tell me they are not interested in booking a session.
Later some end up getting banned so it makes me wonder what they were doing.
Getting back to the OP’s question—there is no such thing as normal when you are dealing with individual contractors. If all pros worked for the same company, with the same standards, and with the same expectations for response time, then that would be different. So who knows is the correct answer.
However, planning two months in advance is a little optimistic. I receive responses when I plan two weeks ahead stating hit me up when it’s closer to the date you want to cuddle. The reasons vary as to why—single moms with unreliable babysitters, an unpredictable schedule at their day job, and some just plain flunked life planning and fly by the seat of their pants. The reasons really do not matter nor does the response time—ask 100 people their opinion on something and you will receive 100 different opinions. Same goes for responses. It is nothing personal—it’s just the way people are and we really do not know what is going on in their life. And no response is a response albeit not the way most people want to receive a response.
@Katota hmm. So how was your day? Don’t leave us in suspense. 😆
@lovingspoonfull Lol! I don't want to talk about yesterday now Why live in the past? 😆😆
@SweetCuddler33 Rolex Replica was a joke. relax. the comment right above included a joke of similar nature, so seems you chose to engage in selective outrage.
@TheFunCartel you bring up a good point about work schedules too. I used to always be 2 to 1030. then in September they started giving me random day shifts. I haven't been on that shift for a few years, so 10am felt shockingly early. tbh, since then my schedules are all over the place. it's hard to plan anything at all.. not just cuddling.
there's a few enthusiasts I've had a nice time with, but our schedules just ships passing in the night.
@Sooson Exactly.. Rolex .. I mean Relax , ha 😃 Relax ., it’s ok.. relax.. Life is good 😊
It's like applying for a job and never hearing back (which is all too common). All you can do is move on. Dwelling on it won't get you anything.
If a pro doesn’t reply, just try another one, someone will eventually be happy to take your money.
@Morpheus glad you say you are cancer free 🆓 that’s wonderful 😊 you seem like such a nice person. Hope you are doing well . God bless you 😊 I’m an Oncology RN , I know all about it..
@ Morpheus The OP may also to choose to see a lovely enthusiast that will be more than happy to see him for Free 🆓 😊 There’s someone for Everyone.. yay 😃 so fun 🤩 so many kind , unbiased, non judgemental people here ……..
Thank you @SweetCuddler33 all of my Doctors and Nurses were absolutely amazing. I appreciate the work that all of you put in.
🤗 Glad to see your great news @Morpheus
That's why I am cautious when it comes to reaching out to people, they either don't respond or deactivate their account shortly after, but I think for the latter it's because it was most likely a fake account. I'll send a message and if they dont respond, I leave it at that and move on until they do.
