Just trying to get a feel if she is worth going tool and if you left extremely happy
Gross! 🤢
How tight and tough are her boundaries?
Extra gross! 🤮🤮
I second those puking emojis @Katota 🙋♀️🤮🤢
I get it if it's someone asking if a pro is legit or something.... But not questions that are clearly a cover for wanting to push boundaries and/or create an unsafe space for the pro 🤨
I have had clients tell me that they intentionally don’t leave karma for that reason
@KariMeiSnuggles I get that, but I think it's a bit overblown. I have more Karma than 95% of the men in my area, and while the amount of karma given and received aren't necessarily related, they are correlated in my experience. I definitely have several messages like the ones discussed here (and have shared one), but a half-dozen messages over the course of two years doesn't seem like something to spend much time worrying about. I'm sure I get far fewer gross messages than the average woman on the site.
The impression I get is karma is somewhat overrated. No one is going to say anything bad because they don't want something bad said back. So either they give a glowing review or they just say nothing at all.
I just block men who visit my profile because I’m not here to connect with men. What’s the point of starting a thread about this?
@WriterGF I agree. Because of this anyone calling attention to their karma gets a raised eyebrow from me.
I mean, we all know the karma is there! 🤷🏼♂️
Wow! 🤯 I didn’t know this was a thing.
If someone wants to know how my session went, go read the karma that I left. I don’t share things about pros outside of my karma because it’s a violation of their privacy. I don’t want a pro violating my privacy and talking about me to other people.
@Morpheus Agreed. Generally everything I have to say about someone is in the karma I write.
And in case I wasn't clear, I didn't mention the amount of karma to brag about it, because I agree that good karma doesn't necessarily mean anything. I only mentioned it as a proxy for the amount of karma I've written. And as a person who has probably written more karma than most men in my area, I haven't found people contacting me due to the karma I've written to be a burden.
My comment above was specifically about those men who don't leave karma because they are afraid of others contacting them about it. That seems like a made-up excuse for someone who just doesn't want to leave karma.
W take From what I've been told from people who do tell me that x person messaged them, 9/10 they are asking questions that reveal they have ulterior motives beyond platonic cuddling. Shoutout to all the amazing ppl that inform us pros when people do this!💕💕💕💕💕💕
I practice turning these guys in that do this by messaging myself and hinting at non-platonic activities then writing a report that I never send in.
I’ve had other clients reach out on occasion. If their question is innocent — “are her photos accurate” or “did her hosting location seem safe” I’ll answer them.
There are questions that are appropriate where, for whatever reason, I didn’t include the answers in my written karma. If someone asks me questions that don’t bump up against the TOS of this site, I’ll answer.
If someone asks me a question that’s clearly against the TOS, I’ll report them.
And if someone asks me a question in the grey area, not reportable but iffy….then I just block and ignore.
Hi there I'm brand new to the site and brand new to the world of Platonic Cuddling (just joined the site today). I appreciate this conversation, since it helps me better understand (as a newb) the appropriate etiquette when communicating about these issues. This may be slightly tangential to the present conversation, but what is generally the appropriate process for scheduling a cuddle session with either a pro or non-pro? I am a little curious if everything is handled through the website, or is it common practice for someone to ask for a phone number (esp., when their own bio is not filled out). Is it out of line to ask for communications to stay on the website? Or should I trust my gut feeling and see this as a red flag? Thank you in advance for any advice. Please direct me to where I should go to get answers to these sorts of questions if this is not the right context.
@SingleProf There are a significant number of forum discussions on each of those topics and I highly recommend reading them. Go to the forums or discussions tab wherever you’re browsing.
Happy cuddling!
@mauvefox
Thank you.
Can a user be reported for this type of solicitation of another cuddle enthusiast or professional?
I haven't had a bad experience with a pro yet, but I think it probably one of those things you just have to try out for yourself. Some people don't have that much karma, and it usually just positive. So it only so helpful, mainly to find who is more active. A lot of people are pretty active on this site, so some people may just have more availability
It seems like when I receive these types of messages that they are just fishing for something so I ignore it since they haven't been blunt and blatantly asking anything inappropriate, but I get the sense that's the reason. It's only happened a few times though to me.
I still do leave karma anyway. Though I have wondered why after a good cuddle session where I left karma for a pro, and they saw it, but did not write any back. I know it's not necessary (and it's only happened twice I believe, maybe 3 if I'm forgetting a session), but it does make me hesitate to book with them again in the future. I can see why for enthusiasts who might prefer a bit more privacy and aren't trying to make money from this, but wouldn't leaving a karma review be a way to get more people to see your profile when someone is viewing a past client? For me karma helps flesh out my profile and hopefully let enthusiasts know I am at least somewhat a little trustworthy. And having fresh, more recent karma to me keeps it relevant perhaps. Anyway yes me writing karma has lead to more views from guys, but very few actually message me in the manner asking about it. Definitely less than 10 times, probably less than 5. Still I usually ignored it (I can't remember if I once told them it was good and to ask the pro questions themselves).
@CudlMe22 So, what pros have you seen ? Come on I'm waiting ....
@cuddlefaery "You don't see patients emailing others who wrote Google reviews to ask what happened at their doctor appointments that wasn't disclosed in the review."
That's because there are laws surrounding "what happened" at the doctors appointment. That's an actual profession that's highly respected due to the requirements of an exceptional amount of education, training, and (hopefully) experience. The world of cuddling is vastly different. I would find it annoying if I received multiple messages from the same person asking about the same cuddler, but otherwise, I'd give an honest review and call it good. We all need to look out for each other or else the perception of safety here's just a smoke screen.
