I made lentils & gluten-free stuffing.
Marinated bbq pork belly I normally charcoal grilled them in my backyard deck but it's cold & raining here so I just cooked it on my air fryer. It's still yummy, served with white rice, pickled papaya relish & chili paste .
@CaringSoul looks like a good method! I recently did a long slow roast. It tasted good but dried out
@coolrunnings12 your long slow roast still looks yummy 😋. The above marinated bbq pork belly I air fried at 350 degrees, 9 minutes each side. It comes out so soft perfectly cooked & juicy.
@CaringSoul i could learn some things from your preparation. Looks absolutely perfect. Is it a Filipino style dish?
