Is there any penalty for Pros who cancel multiple times?
What about for enthusiasts?

Just curious. I’ve had Pros cancel via text, and I follow up by canceling on the site. I wonder if they prefer not to cancel themselves because it carries a stigma if they do it too many times.
@SaturnRing I am a pro who cancels (I would say) pretty frequently. I do not get penalized, but sometimes if the cancellation is close to the booking time the site will recommend I offer a discount on the next session. That’s not mandatory but there’s a note that pops up to encourage professionalism and keeping a good rapport.

As far as I know there's no penalty for enthusiasts canceling. But if someone cancels last minute I think you are able to leave them Karma accordingly.
