Has anyone had couples ask you to do a session together? And how do you do that? You charge double or can you trust them?

Yes it does happen from time to time, usually when one half of the couple is already a regular client.
What you charge is up to you, but my guess is that the rate is typically 1.5 times the standard rate or something like that: more than 1, but less than 2 (since there is still only one professional).
Remember that there safety implications when meeting two people rather than one. Not a dealbreaker or anything like, just something to consider.
