Anybody else watching this show? Incredible. Builds on the GOT lore, Ser Duncan the tall might be the only true principled Knights in this entire universe and he might not even be a "legitimate" knight.
I’m about 2 1/2 episodes into this and not impressed yet. Still gonna give it a little time and keep an open mind but I will say that from the first five minutes I definitely recognize that this had nowhere near the same incredible production values of GOT or HOD!
It's developing! episode four is massive and episode 5 which is this sunday is going to be huge!
Ok, now I gotta see it. Everyone says it’s good so I’ll see if I can catch up this weekend.

I got all caught up today. True the production value isn't as good as GO.T but I like the storyline. If you remember in G.O.T., they talked about sir Duncan, the tall and how he was an honorable knight. So I'm very excited to see where his story goes..
@Kavasea been rewatching got and I saw n aerion bright flame reference too, joffrey laughing about how stupid he was for thinking drinking wildfire would turn him into a dragon.

@LadyVel payoff is huge when source material is grrm material. Dude is a wizard when it comes to medieval/fantasy writing.

And of course, element of tragedy or else it wouldn't be grrm writing.
Holy cow. This latest episode made me pause twice. It was so intense. Wish they could go back in time and redo most of combat scenes in GoT to be this well choreographed and brutal.
