  • Wow!! I love it!! Great job!!

  • Love them, currently listening to money man, it's amazing!

  • How did you create them using AI? I’m curious!

  • I am awaiting the moment when AI uses a different AI to replace itself.

  • That was really good. And I liked the Basement Cuddles song too. I feel like I listened to it before, so maybe you posted it when you made it. Very good!

  • I've seen the ads with AI songs, and heard a handful of those love songs where they'll include the person's name and details of their love story...

But I would need a lot more context on how AI music is made to be able to give feedback. Do you give it a bunch of text prompts, similar to AI image generators? Are you able to choose the genre, the type of voice, all the lyrics, just a few lyric keywords, can you tell it to make something a love song versus something introspective versus a storytelling song versus an uplifting anthem?

Essentially, without knowing what effort it does or doesn't take, I would struggle to give meaningful feedback. I would give very different feedback on a "painting" made with brushes, one made in PhotoShop, or one made through text prompts. They're just so vastly different.

Would really love to hear more about the AI music process, and also how much it costs! 😊

  • @SunsetSnuggles so you can give basic text prompt s or even type out a handful of your own lyrics then hit generate and it'll turn it into a song. Then you can choose, male and/or female vocals, type of genre (i usually did a mix of: country/rap, country/rock, or rock/rap and then if you want specific instruments to customize the sound even more.

  • @CuddleHugs01234 I just barely made that song this weekend and other than the cuddles it's about things the first time anyone's heard it. Thank you, it's one of my more meaningful songs I've made.

  • I have 12 of my songs on Spotify, Iheartradio, YouTube music, etc and more will be uploaded next month too.

  • @KamikaziNinja86 are you a musician? If not, I would like to recommend that you look into building sound editing and music writing skills rather than relying on AI to do the work - especially if you are getting paid for the product in any way.

I'm not a fan of AI generated art of any medium. As a musician and artist, I absolutely hate that so many artists are having their work used without their consent, not to mention how it makes it that much harder for smaller artists to get their work paid for.

I'm all for using AI as a tool to improve upon human creativity and to expand accessibility. It's one thing to use AI tools to proof, fine tune, or edit something you've created yourself, and an entirely different thing to just feed it prompts to do the generation. I am not at all against AI tools in general - I just think it needs to be used ethically and with full understanding of the actual human and environmental costs.

I can only hope that, as AI growing pains settle and safe guards get built to protect artists, all the people who are developing interest in creating art/music funnel that interest into learning the skills to do it themselves to as large a degree as possible. Even if you can't sing or play an instrument, you can learn to use sound editing to create the music you want. And there's always a lot of musicians happy to collaborate for fair pay.

  • @cuddlefaery no not a musician. I just got into it and using it to help express my feelings. I'm not using basic prompts, I'm filling in a good size paragraph of the story I want the song to be about and then I edit lyrics to fit better.

I don't have the equipment (or money) to do all the other type of editing which I would love to get more to that point of being able to customize my songs more and even be able to add in my own voice. But til then I only have my phone to work with.

I think as long as the music is advertised as "AI Music" then I think it's fine. How does AI make it so artists work is being used without their consent?
