This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow cuddlers from the DMV and beyond, especially with so many amazing folks already gathering in the area for the 2026 DC Cuddle Professionals Conference! 💟💕

Bring: Your own sweet self, a dish to share, smiles, and your enthusiasm! Table games are always welcome too. 🎲

Details: This is a non-cuddle event — a chance to meet other Cuddle Comfort members in a relaxed, casual environment without the expectation of cuddling. Cuddling could happen if all parties are interested and comfortable, but the focus is connection, community, and good food! Cuddlers from outside the DMV area are absolutely welcome. 🤗

GroundedWarmth, I was at the one they had last year in Pittsburgh. It was an amazing experience. This one looks like it will be much bigger with more big industry names in attendance and presenting so that is probably one reason for the more pricey tag. They do however have a much more budget friendly 2 day version that gets you into the Cuddle Workshops in the days before the CC meetup. I highly recommend everyone look into all the offerings and hope you can make it yourself.

If any of the locals have some suggestions for a venue for us near the Bethesdan Hotel that is open air that can be reserved in advance please reach out to me! Since I’m planning from afar I’d love to have some assistance from some local on the ground eyes and ears.

Omni Shoreham hotel isn't in Bethesda, but rather DC (one block from the red line metro station Woodley Park). Still, I suggest it for its covered terrace/balcony (in case of rain) and gardens. Lots of couches and tables on both the balcony and in the gardens.

I usually just hang out on the balcony -- no need to be a guest. If we end up being a large gathering, though, I suggest calling ahead to check on any requirements.

All Aboard! We have a lovely location for our BETHESDA meet & greet booked (paid & permitted) at:

We Will be setting up at 11 AM if there are folks who would like to be on that committee! There are miles of trails and a forest and a miniature railroad train in addition to the foods and games that we bring along !

As always, we will put a donation jar out for anybody who would like to contribute to the expenses, which is 100% optional.

Now I feel like it is reallly coming together!
