What affects how quickly you respond or decide to meet someone?
I'm asking because I"ve experienced delayed replies and conversations that fade without leading to a meeting. I'm trying to understand what affects response time or the decision to meet.
It's just life. That's how people behave on the internet. Don't take it personally, it happens to everybody all the time.
Once you contact somebody and they reply, you are stone dead last in their list of priorities.
Do response times or willingness to meet vary depending on a state or city on this platform? I'm asking based on my experience here.- I sometimes get slow replies or conversations that don't progress to a meeting. I'm wondering if being in New York City might have an influence.

It might be because of every reason, or because of no reason at all. It's a question that doesn't have a specific answer. Sometimes things just be that way.
There's always a reason. It's just that the person doesn't care to share it.
