  • @durantpiano If her bio was enough to filter you out then it did its job

Unspeakable things have happened to women here but it's the men who need peace lol

@durantpiano if "no" in a profile bothers you, I can only imagine how you react to a "no" in person. Perhaps you ought to examine why a woman stating her boundaries is so bothersome/unattractive to you? Why would a woman saying no, in any context, disrupt your peace?

I Would advice you not to come here with that mind set , however historically people have indeed meet thru a lot of diverse venues , my parents were co workers , they dated at work in the times before that kind of thing could get you in trouble with HR

And while we’re at it, as I commented in another thread, it’s not a good look to objectify women by rating them with a numbering system. Don’t people outgrow that behavior as adults?

  • @Carrie_Anne inside every human is the toddler and teen they once were. Some just develop more than others 🙄

  • @cuddlefaery
Don’t I know, thanks for the reminder! There’s also frontal lobe development to consider.

  • It may not be the best thing to do but yes you can.. We don't have a choice on who or when we fall in love with someone or where we meet them.. I think it's been mentioned before but there was a couple that met here and then decided to turn the cuddle relationship into a real relationship and wound up getting married.. Falling in love with someone here whether you're a pro or a client is about as smart as falling in love with a coworker.. There's a reason why everyone tells you don't mess around with someone you work with and the same applies in this little world also.. My two cents if that does happen whether you're a pro or a client you need to have a conversation with that person and either end it or take that giant risk and see where the relationship goes..

  • Well I’ll say this; anyone can fall in love with anyone for any reason at anyplace, during anytime. We are human. For me, if you can stimulate me mentally, the gateway is open. With that being said and understood, the world of cuddle is no exception.

I’m afraid you can’t speak for everyone. I have a lot of self control, especially of my emotions. I use self control for many situations that I’m in to prevent problems. I wouldn’t allow myself to develop feelings for someone who wasn’t available. I wouldn’t go there to begin with.
As we mature, we are able to develop this ability. Remember that as humans we have choices but many people don’t choose to use them.

  • I think @MindTherapy is spot on

  • Love does truly happen anytime and anywhere. I get the talk of self-control and choices, but sometimes it happens even when we try to fight it. This I find is the case when two people feel it.

And then it's like a vortex.

  • I don’t think it’s right for anyone to say that someone has a “problem” or unresolved trauma for falling in love easier than others or where they don’t intend to. If you meet someone at a grocery store where the only plan was to get a dozen eggs and some milk, does that mean you need therapy? So id say yes it’s possible but doesn’t mean the feeling will be mutual, and as long as you’re not here looking for love.

I think if you are on this site looking to fall in love then you are in the wrong place

  • Of course. You can fall for anyone.

  • Nope. You can be one friendly, tops.

  • It’s possible, but I don’t recommend it! There’s already enough drama around “here”!!

  • It’s human to catch feelings, you are being cared for and touched… but as cuddlefaery put it “ Not everything we feel needs to be acted on, and we don't have to suffer due to unrequited romantic attachments.“

The way to mentally prepare is by saying to yourself” attraction is often based on an idealized fantasy rather than reality… I'm focusing on my personal growth. This is just for fun," or "I am setting boundaries to protect my peace.”

Use the warm fuzzy feeling to do good in the world, even in the smallest gestures like holding a door open for someone.. watch how you brighten someone’s day with kindness.. it’s a GREAT feeling! 🤗
