...this is why professional cuddlers need to be on a completely separate site than non-pros
Huh. You may be onto something there. Maybe not completely separate sites, but separate sections of the site for finding pros vs non-pros.
I'm not sure what separate sections for pros or non pros would do. you can filter pros out of your search for people. and SW don't always list as pros anyway to go under the radar that way. Interesting idea, just not sure what it would actually accomplish.
@Jubal this option is already there … my search filter is set to “hide pros” …. I changed it after few years to only pros and I was really surprised how much pros side of CC has changed in the past few years - it reeks of competition
@kendrayk74 i feel point 1 cost leverage should be there, perhaps in a different/better way …. About 4 let’s wait to possibly hear from a law enforcer before deciding against it …. Re your personal opinion about exiting - one reason why I’m so active on this thread is that since I’ve seen how rampant this issue is I’m contemplating exiting because it does not feel as platonic as it used to a few years ago.
my search filter is set to “hide pros”
You'll laugh, but I've never before noticed that!
No, did not laugh 😊😊😊
There's a HUGE difference between only picking cuddle partners based off of your sexual/romantic attraction to them, and avoiding others because survival instinct kicks in. I learned a long time ago to trust that gut instinct that says someone is unsafe - it hasn't gone well when I ignored it.

Deez nuts are not going anywhere. Laying right on your forehead where they belong.
^^^^ and some people still wonder why women have their guard up. 🫠
I’m so glad someone started this thread -
This thread has been derailed too many times by off topic price comments, of which this is one. - BlueIris
Awful
There’s a woman I’ve heard about from several clients she was banned for offering sexual sessions. The stories I’ve heard about her are honestly disturbing. I really hope people report individuals like that so we can all feel more comfortable.
I don't think anyone would risk doing such behavior. They could get kicked out. I know some have higher price but they are trying to Cover extra costs like traveling and such as far as I'm aware
@trysdet I can’t tell if you’re kidding or not. There are absolutely sex workers on the site. This has been discussed numerous times in these threads. And yes, when they are discovered they are kicked out. You are correct that a higher price is not the indicator. But that’s not what the thread is about. It’s a request that people stop selling sex acts on this site.
It happens but I think it’s grossly exaggerated.
I will be very happy to know if this is indeed exaggeration… and I had similar thoughts which changed due to, first, the honest truth thread from a retired SWer about a month ago, second, there were some posts that explained how after some SW sites were closed down and as a result CC became one of the viable options… and also this thread. So my understanding at this point is that this issue is somewhat recent (couple of years) and there is the regular banning by mods as well … the question is if we want to do anything more to mitigate the surge so that we go back to the baseline where banning by mods was enough … lastly, checking the male boundary-pushing behavior seems to be more of a menace than simply banning a SWer.
not to be disrespectful. But this post is the classic example of the world blaming women for men's bad behavior. I have had a couple of people ask me about boundaries and what I am comfortable with. I see that as a sign that they are looking for something else, and I always say that I follow the cuddle rules, and then we have a great cuddle session. I have also had men call me timid or think I was timid until I had to really get professional and explain and enforce my boundaries. But I don't blame other women for their behavior. Men will be men (not all), but when they meet you, and you carry yourself a certain way, I have found I get tried in that capacity a lot less. I barely get asked or tried in that capacity anymore. But I must admit I did take a break from cuddling because of the men always trying and then having to have long conversations about why I don't do this or that. But that was my problem; if I'm respectful but assertive, I don't have to have those conversations anymore. If I carry myself a certain way, I don'tget tried at all. If you are getting tried a lot, it may be the way you are coming off. Either way, you can't blame other women for whatever they do because it has nothing to do with a man coming and getting the idea that he can try YOU. Most men know the rules and know this is a platonic site. When they meet you in person, I'm sure they can tell who is selling sex and who is platonic, and if they have decency, they will act accordingly with that individual, but don't blame other women for men making bad decisions.
On the contrary actually, the whole effort is to try and find a formal way to penalize men (and all) especially in terms of boundary pushing. Please have a look on the prior pages including the last post …
… lastly, checking the male boundary-pushing behavior seems to be more of a menace than simply banning a SWer.
@LexiLove25 Every individual should be accountable for their own behavior. I get really tired of generalities and this whole gender on gender nonesense when the Pros need clients and the clients need pros on this site. And enthusiasts need enthusiasts.
A sex worker who abuses rules and weaponizes sex to manipulate others in spaces where people are vulnerable knows what they are doing. A lot of people are on this site because they are touch-starved, lonely, and hurting.
They should be held accountable 100%. They don't belong on this site and are hurting the community.
Have the rules changed for sex workers on this site? I thought if anyone was proven to be a sex worker, even just having an onlyfans account would get them banned?
@Morpheus No the rules have not changed
@BrokenWillow about those sites where men dog piled on women they're are also sites where women slander and talk crap about the men they go on dates with , tons of those Facebook groups, I have friends whose faces have been plastered in those groups
@mistic233 As bad as those Facebook groups can get, I promise you it’s not the same. I’m talking about men sharing graphic detailed experiences, photos, location, phone number, cost etc of women who offer extra services as well as inquiring about ones they have interest in who don’t! I don’t even have to words to describe what I’ve seen.
Slander and women talking shit is one thing, the site a former client informed me about is NEXT LEVEL scary and beyond comprehension of disgusting and humiliating. Makes me sad for the women on there.
Not to mention there are forums all about THIS app on there as well in all major cities etc with the same inquiries and information.
Comparing that to FB to me feels like a slap in face.
@mistic233
those are definitely not the same.
Women talking about bad dates on Facebook is embarrassing for the guy in question. That’s about it. And yes, some of those groups are petty and judgmental and kind of cringe. Women aren’t immune to that. But the men being discussed range from guys who didn’t pick up the check to men who were actually dangerous. The intention of those spaces is to maintain safety.
What BrokenWillow is describing is men sharing photos, locations, and detailed information about what a woman will do for money or what she can be pressured into doing. (And to be clear, a coerced or pressured “yes” is not consent.)
One is venting. The other is a coordination tool for predatory behavior.
Women end up on those sites labeled as someone who sells or can be coerced based on nothing. She doesn’t know it’s there. She can’t correct it. And men act on it anyway.
Your friend’s face being in a group where someone said he was a bad date or worse a predator is uncomfortable. A woman’s photo being on a site where men discuss how to access her without her consent is a safety threat. Those are categorically different.
@BrokenWillow oh thats prob a whole different thing than the one I thought
@durantpiano and @dd4johnson I feel the justification for the higher prices is having to deal with men who are not following site rules. Which in my 3ish months of being on here, is the majority of my experiences. I don’t think charging $50/hr would only get me platonic cuddles, men would still push boundaries. Also, karma means absolutely nothing. I’ve tried adding 1 star karma to 2 really bad men, describing their actions, on top of reporting them. In both cases my karma was removed. So there is no warning to other pros who are actually platonic following site rules. I got two notices on my account and these guys are just going to continue their behavior! So yeah, it makes me want to increase my price further than what I’m charging right now.
@CuddleYogini I do report guys that don’t follow site rules. Nothing happens. If I give them bad karma, it just gets removed and I get a notice.
@LilyAnneNova what sort of notices are you getting? Mods don't remove karma without good cause - usually only if it's retaliatory, fake, or objectively making false claims. There are plenty of people who have negative karma, so it's not removed just because it's negative.
And just because you don't see immediate action on a report doesn't mean nothing is happening behind the scenes. A lot of times reports are used to establish a pattern of behavior. Repercussions can range from warnings, to time outs, to banning. The site isn't going to immediately ban someone unless it's especially egregious and there's proof. That's why establishing the documentation of patterns is so important - it gives the mods justification for future infractions.
@LilyAnneNova Of all the people you reported, all but two were banned with warnings issued to those two remaining (which were not non-platonic reports). Not sure why you would say nothing happened.
@CharlieBear You’re right I wasn’t thinking about all of them. Just the ones I tried to warn others about with the karma. I don’t know why you’re saying they were not non platonic reports, the one from two days ago definitely should have been if it doesn’t show that way I’m wondering if I did something wrong in my reporting process… The differences, I believe, are whether or not I’m able to show text proof. The ones I have no text proof of are the ones I tried to add negative karma for and both times it was removed. I was vague instead of specific in the most recent one. They shouldn’t be removed. We need to know when somebody is not following site rules so we can avoid them. Or at least talk to them about the bad karma beforehand and get their side of the story. I don’t think someone guilty would feign innocence and then do exactly what they were accused of doing.
