When someone doesn’t put a price, am I correct to assume that I have to contact them to find out what the price is, or is there no price?
There are pros, clients, and enthusiasts here. Enthusiasts are not allowed to charge - they do cuddling as a hobby.
If a person's profile doesn't have the pink professional tag, they are not allowed to charge. All pros should have their prices listed.
