I'm coming to the meetup (already on the list), and can find the link for the cancelled con, that also has the cuddle party payment. BUT... I don't see the details on where/when/who the cuddle party is... Any info that can be shared (even in a DM to me)?

If you look up the CuddleCon on eventbrite you can find the info there. From the details I have gotten, the main conference was postponed to 2027, but they are still doing other offerings referenced in Vitamin J's posts, including some pro cuddler presentations, hangouts around DC and Silver Spring and a cuddle party which will be in Bethesda on the 16. For the addresses I think you have to get the ticket first, then they tell you.
The organizers of the Dave and Busters outing are looking for anyone who would like to join to speak up so they can reserve tables, thanks!
Also, if anyone is looking to share hotel rooms or anything like that, you could post here and maybe find a match.

@Dawny333 The Event Brite is for some of the paid events and is run by the Cuddle Con group, and the CC Sunday Meet & Greet is free and can be rsvp’d for here. Thanks for asking for clarification!

Join your fellow cuddly humans for an afternoon of smiles, connection, and “free oxytocin samples” on the National Mall!
We’ll be gathering in the grassy area between the Smithsonian Castle and the National Museum of Natural History — an easygoing spot with lots of foot traffic, museum-goers, and curious passersby.
Bring: ✨ A Free Hugs sign or poster (we’ll have markers and extra supplies too!) ✨ A hugs shirt if you’ve got one ✨ Your friendly energy and comfy walking shoes
No experience required — whether you’re a seasoned hugger or just cuddle-curious, you’re welcome to join us. Some people hold signs, some give hugs, some just cheer everyone on and soak up the good vibes.
Afterward, a few of us will probably wander into a museum or grab food nearby if anyone wants to keep hanging out.
Come help us spread a little warmth, silliness, and human connection in DC.
