Say something nice

edited May 16 in General

Maybe it's just me but I have noticed a lot of topics about pros complaining about clients behavior and clients complaining about pros behavior. It makes me kind of sad. I'm not saying the complaints are wrong, and I think people should be allowed to vent... but lets take a minute to maybe says nice things about each other too.

I'll start...

I really like the pros I've been with who open the session with a hug, before I change, before money exchanges hands, they just give me a hug. It's a small thing but it helps me feel like this is about connecting first.

I have more, but let's let other people share...

Okay Pros says something you like when Clients do, Clients says something you like when Pros do.
(Enthusiast says things you like that other Enthusiast do)

Positive vibes only please.

  • You have nice aura

  • I've had 4 or 5 cuddle sessions. All but one I felt like I made a connection with. That's above 75%. I'll take those odds anytime! To me there's something about connecting on a personal level. It's very difficult to explain... When I've left or they've left, I've thought, she's a genuinely nice lady! (Bear in mind, my youngest cuddle was a 35 year old.) I'm an old fart by anyone's standards. There are nice people in this world! :)

  • Been cuddling professionally for a couple years now, and I’ve met some of the most interesting humans through it. I know I’m being paid to provide a service, but there’s something really special about people feeling comfortable enough to share pieces of their lives with me. Some of my most memorable sessions have been the ones where a client put me onto a new belief system, a book, or an idea that genuinely changed the way I think. Those conversations always stay with me.

  • @DCuddlerKing I really love this post. After some of the tension in the forums lately, this was honestly refreshing to read.

And thank you for mentioning the opening hug. I always start my sessions that way too. Before logistics or settling in, just a genuine human hug first. I think it helps both people relax and remember this is about comfort, connection, and feeling safe.
I really appreciate thoughtful clients who communicate openly and treat the session like a real human experience.
And honestly one of my favorite moments is that big slow exhale when I can feel someone finally relax and melt into the cuddle experience. You can almost feel the stress leaving their body in real time 🫂 it's my absolute favorite part

  • I do enjoy the opening hug before each cuddle.

I always laugh when my pro cuddle friends reply at every cuddle that it's my choice what we do. I always say BS. I like to take care of my pro cuddler friends just the same. I know they can have stressful weeks just like me and I enjoy helping remove the stress from them also.

Many of the pro cuddlers I've gotten to know through repeat cuddling sessions, we've become friends as well that check in on each other here and there.

The Denver Metro area has a wonderful cuddle community.

  • I’ve had the most wonderful cuddles with men who have been so kind and gentlemanly. I especially like the cuddles of men who I’ve shared great conversations with , ones that massaged me without ne asking and ones that I’ve massaged and really appreciated my touch. I’m so grateful for this site! It’s great to de stigmatize the need for touch!
