Other activities that feel intimate like cuddling

Cuddling brings comfort to us, but what other activities remind you of the connection being shared by two partners?

Another activity that I enjoyed (maybe still do) is body painting. Sometimes I feel like I can rewrite my soul by using it as canvas.

What activities do you have?

    👋🏽Hello :)
I'm a Chef and a Foodie. My activities would most like surround learning a new recipe or swapping our own and creating or own versions of them! Love music and also love to dance, I'd be open to a line dancing or taking a cooking class as a group. I am more comfortable in social settings as opposed to one on one interaction I'd wanna do something as a group before I'd agree to just the two of us. building that type of trust with each other for example by letting ur dance partner take the lead or being guided thru a recipe and resulting in breaking bread with ur fellow cuddle mates are all very intimate acts

  • Yeah, I also sometimes cook with my cuddle buddies.

Another thing I just talked about but didn't do yet: caressing and maybe braiding the hair of my cuddle partner.

  • Dang,

Cooking is such an obvious low hanging fruit to do with your cuddle partner. But I’m also not that great at cooking 🍳 Unless we talking spaghetti.

I also know nothing about braiding..

I can dance my ass off, but not if I have to follow too much choreography. I am completely down to go to the club with friends, I will dance until my feet fall off.

To me there is intimacy to be found between the DJ and how he leads me as a member of an audience and how DJ figures out how to get us to connect with one another.

I’ll have to write some of this down ✍️

  • Dancing - either partner dancing or even just in a group. Social/ballroom styles, contact improv, ecstatic dance.... heck, for me ballet even had that same connection and flow state potential.

Playing music/singing in an ensemble also works for me. The feeling of connection with other humans, being able to get out of our heads and into the moment.
