My profile accidentally lists me as a man and I cant seem to change it. They wont let me. Will they ever answer me? Should I just cancel my listing?
if you're on the web and go to upper right corner, click on your profile thumbnail or generic cuddler image, there will be an option to edit profile there.
Same spot on phone, upper right corner, tap, edit profile.

@Justinee Changing gender on a pro account isn't as easy as it is for enthusiasts because male providers are on a monthly subscription. It has to be done by a moderator. I'm looking into it for you.
@cheeseboy fixed it for you. Because male and female pros are on different payment plans, your account had to be changed to enthusiast before the gender change. The account status is now pro pending activation. It should sort itself out automatically.
I just wish people would be honest about it.

Well what their preferences are. I have noticed people at times post in the incorrect spots as pros. It's only going to hurt their own bottom line because people trying to match up wont find them as easily. I suppose it can be an oversight such as in this case
