I grew up on Tales of the Crypt. But I love watching movies such as the Conjuring , or anything paranormal.
My favorite horror has always been the more plausible type. Unexplained and scary but they do not involve aliens or the supernatural.
This is one of my favorites horror movies. It is set in a quiet, small town where one at a time, residents seemingly lose their minds and become extremely violent.
The Truman Show. It is a psychological thriller

Also saw Hokum. Supernatural horror shot in Ireland. Really fun watch

The Shining, Rosemary’s Baby, and Poltergeist are my all time favorites, but there are many more I enjoy
