🌟🌟🌟Apologies! Due to schedule conflict we are shifting to the 25th!!! Please let me know if I need to change your RSVP🌟🌟🌟

Everyone knows Colorado loves to cuddle! We’re excited to create another opportunity in Colorado to connect in person this summer! ☀️ But we're moving south! This time we are going to do a meet and greet down here in my neighborhood, in Colorado Springs.

We are early in the planning process but wanted to give y'all the opportunity to get this on your calendars

⏰ Time & location TBD (plan for the afternoon, in a beautiful outdoor location)

Bring: Yourself, and snacks/food to share!

We are looking at outdoor (covered) paces we can enjoy the sunshine and be close to Garden of the Gods for those who would like to visit. Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City are wonderful places to check out as well, and those will be closeby too. 😊

This will be a casual, non-cuddle social event for members of this community to meet in person, connect with fellow cuddlers, and continue building local community in a relaxed environment without the expectation of cuddling. Cuddling maybe-could occur if parties are interested, but the focus of this event is conversation, friendship, and community connection.

This gathering is intended for members of this site/community. Whether you’re newer to the forums or have been around for years, you’re welcome to join us.

Details will be updated as plans come together. If you think you may attend, please comment below so we can get a rough headcount and keep everyone updated as we finalize plans.

We’re excited to facilitate another opportunity for people from this beautiful community to meet, connect, and hopefully create many more gatherings in the future ✨ Can't wait to see everyone!

    Location and Event Details:

    We'll be gathering near the lake at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs. Look for our meetup area when you arrive! This will be a place to meet fellow members, relax, and connect. But you are also welcome to head off for walks, water activities, or other conversations around the park.

    I am going to set up a canopy tent and a table or two, with some chairs. I'm going to have yellow balloons because that is my favorite color 😂 I will get there early, and will post a picture of the spot since Memorial is a first come first serve kind of space.

    Location: Memorial Park 1605 E Pikes Peak Ave Colorado Springs, CO 80909

    Date and Time: July 25th, 2:00pm-5:00pm

    Parking: Free parking is available throughout the park, including lots near the lake and recreation areas. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to find parking and walk to the meetup location, especially if the weather is nice and the park is busy.

    This is a casual gathering, so feel free to join us for a few minutes or stay for several hours. Bring a camp chair, picnic blanket, water, sunscreen, or any outdoor activities you'd like to enjoy. I will bring some food, please feel free to bring snacks to share if you feel so inclined!

    For those interested, Memorial Park offers walking paths, beautiful lake views, and opportunities for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other recreational activities. You can also rent paddlevl boards/kayaks/etc there at the park.

    Whether you're hoping to make new friends, reconnect with familiar faces, or simply enjoy a summer day outdoors with fellow community members, we'd love to see you there!

    @AlyLauren I am SO appreciative that you are willing to help facilitate this and I can absolutely relate to being so excited I preemptively agree but I am thrilled for this! What a beautiful area to go and explore.

    I would love to see @AlyLauren @sillysassy and all my Colorado cuddle peeps but I am having surgery on July 22 - it’s outpatient and not a huge deal but it will put me out of commission for a couple of weeks. Let’s meet up again at Embassy Suites at DIA in Jan/Feb and spend more hot tub time together!

    It's a big park downtown with lots of space, and a little lake where you can rent kayaks/paddleboards and free parking! 💛

    Awwww yay!!! I love that park idea. Thank you again @AlyLauren for researching the logistics. Maybe a few locals might have a canopy tent to contribute for extra shade if necessary.

    @Jeremiaaahhh I personally love Colorado Springs. Great cuddle community, very outdoorsy, easy access to the mountains, lots of social opportunities. It is military heavy and there are quite a few big churches, however that feels for ya. Biking is extremely popular, both in town and mountain biking. Weather is great. Pretty mild summers, we get a few big storms in the winter but it's pretty friendly climate-wise. Feel free to message me if you wanna chat more!
