If the latter, please be aware that circumventing the booking system through the site and/or exchanging contact info before booking a pro is against the pro & client contracts with the site.
If she's deactivated, it's likely temporary as it is not the same as account deletion. She may have just needed a temporary break from the site. Patience is probably best here, and keep searching for other compatible cuddle partners 🙂
