The user blocks people, not the site. You can block whomever you want regardless of reasons

There are a lot of threads on banned accounts too. You can use the search feature. They get banned for all kinds of reasons. Usually it’s cause they were using the site inappropriately and don’t know what platonic means. But it can be for a bunch of different reasons Don’t follow the rules. Get banned. The site does in fact do the banning.
